Abstract

Bu çalışma ile toplumda çok sık rastlanan hemoroidler'in anatomisi, etyolojisi, patolojisi, mu ayene usûlleri, raedikal ve cerrahi yaklaşımları ve komplikasyonlarını gözden geçirdik, Hastanemiz 2. cerrahi kliniğinde son 15 senede yapılan hemoroid ameliyatları irdelendi. Özellikle, ameliyat teknikleri ve kısa ile uzun vadeli, post operatif devrede ameliyat üstünlükleri tartışıldı.

With this Work, it has been tried to review the anatomy, the ethiopatogenesis, the physical examination methods, the medical or surgical approach phylosophies and the complications of piles-which is a most freguent disease in the general population. We have tried to analyse the hemorroidectomies which has been perfomea during the last 15 years in our II. Clinic of Surgery. We've disaussed especially the operation tech niques and their short and long term postoperative sup eriorities to each other.
