| dc.description.abstract | 29 - ÖZET ve SONUÇ Kliniğimizde 38 hastada misoprostol ile yapılan çalışmada gebelik hafta sı farketmeksizin başarılı bir şekilde gebeliklerin sonlandırıldığı saptandı. Orta lama sonlandırma süresi 1 1.7 saat kullanılan toplam doz 800 ugr idi. Misopros tol kullandığımız hastalarda ortalama maliyet 350.000 TL idi. Gebeliğin sonlandırılması için kullanılacak metodun, etkili, ucuz, güvenli ve uygulama kolaylığı olması ve yan etkilerin ihmal edilebilir düzeyde olması nedeniyle mevcut literatürler ve bizim çalışmamız neticesinde misoprostolün kli nik uygulamada tercih edilebileceği kanaatindeyiz. Özellikle maliyetinin ucuz ol masından dolayı ülkemiz için kabul edilebilir bir yöntemdir. Bununla birlikte misoprostolün ilk trimester dahil bütün gebelik dönemle rinde istemli gebelik sonlandırılması amacıyla hekim kontrolü olmaksızın kulla nılabileceği ve bunun doğuracağı sakıncalar olabilir. Bu nedenle bu ilacın sade ce hastane eczanelerinde satılmasının uygun olduğunu düşünmekteyiz. | |
