Fâtımîler döneminde eğitim

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Fâtımîler döneminin eğitim sistemini incelemek vedeğerlendirmektir. Çalışmanın alt amaçları; Fâtımîler tarafından kullanılan İsmâîlî dâvetsistemini yapısal ve eğitim-bilimsel açıdan incelemek, söz konusu dönemde eğitim içinkullanılan ortamları tespit etmek ve eğitim faaliyetlerine ilişkin detayları irdelemektir.Çalışmada bilimsel araştırma yöntemi olarak nitel yöntem ve bu yöntemin bir deseniolan durum çalışması kullanılmıştır.Araştırma sürecinde Fâtımîler döneminde dâvet sistemi, eğitim ortamları veeğitim faaliyetlerine ilişkin temalar elde edilmiş ve bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Dâvete ilişkinolarak bu sistemin başlangıcı ve ilk dâîler, dâîlerin yeterlikleri, dâvetin temel özellikleri,dâvet bölgeleri, dâvetin psikolojik ilkeleri ve eğitim felsefesine dair veriler eldeedilmiştir. Bu dönemde evler, câmiler, saraylar, Dâru'l-Hikme (Dâru'l-İlm), medreselerve kütüphanelerin eğitim ortamı olarak kullanıldığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Eğitimfaaliyetlerine gelindiğinde, eğitime konu edilen ilimler ve öğretim sürecinde kullanılanilke ve yöntemlere ilişkin verilere ulaşılmıştır. Eğitime konu edilen ilimler; dinî, beşerîve aklî olarak kategorize edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte okutulan dersler esnasında öğretimilkeleri olarak öğrenciye görelik, bilinenden bilinmeyene, bütünlük ve otorite; öğretimyöntemi olarak da anlatım, soru-cevap, tartışma ve örnek olayın kullanıldığı tespitedilmiştir.

The main purpose of this study is to examine and evaluate the education system of theFatimid period. Sub-objectives of the study; to examine the Ismaili invitation system used bythe Fatimids from a structural and educational-scientific point of view, to identify theenvironments used for education in the said period, and to examine the details of educationalactivities. In the study, the qualitative method and case study, which is a pattern of this method,were used as scientific research methods.In the research process, themes related to the invitation system, educational environmentsand educational activities in the Fatimids period were obtained and the findings were acquired.Regarding the invitation, the beginning of this system and the first applications, thecompetencies of the students, the basic features of the invitation, the regions of the invitation,the psychological principles of the invitation, and data on the education philosophy wereobtained. In this period, it was revealed that houses, mosques, palaces, Dâru'l-Hikme (Dâru'lİlm), madrasahs and libraries were used as educational environments. When it comes toeducational activities, data on the sciences that are the subject of education and the principlesand methods used in the teaching process were found out. Sciences subject to education arecategorized as religious, human, and mental. However, during the lessons taught, as theteaching principles, relevant to the student, from the known to the unknown, integrity andauthority; it was determined that lecture, question-answer, discussion, and case study were usedas teaching methods.
