Hafızlık eğitiminde Kur'an kursu terki

Abstract

Çalışmada hafızlık eğitimi veren Kur'an kurslarında eğitim gören ancak hafızlık eğitimini tamamlamadan kursu terk eden bireylerin ve bu kurslarda eğitim veren öğreticilerin gözünden Kur'an kursu terk sürecine etki eden nedenler incelenmiştir.Literatür incelendiğinde Kur'an kurslarındaki hafızlık eğitimi ile ilgili yapılan çalışmaların genel itibarıyla eğitimin işleyişi ile ilgili olduğu görülmektedir. Ancak kursu terk eden öğrenciler gözünden hiçbir çalışma yapılmamış ve bu alanda bir boşluk bulunmaktadır. Hafızlık kursları terkine yönelik bir çalışmanın olmaması çalışmayı bu alanda önemli bir boyuta taşımıştır. Hafızlık kursunu terk etmenin sonuçlarının farkında olmak, sorunu azaltmaya yönelik önlemler geliştirilmesine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.Bu çalışma da öncelikle hafızlığın anlamı ve tarihsel süreci üzerinde durulmuş, okul terki kavramının Dünya ve Türkiye'deki anlamlarına, nedenlerine ve sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir. Kur'an kurslarındaki hafızlık süreci incelenmiş ve Kur'an kursu terki kavramı oluşturulmuştur. Nitel yöntemle hazırlanan bu çalışmada terk süreci nedenleri ile ortaya konulmuş, terk sonrası tepkiler ve yaşantıda ki değişim katılımcılara sorularak incelenmiştir. Aynı zamanda bireylerin hafızlık eğitimini tercih sebepleri, hafızlık eğitiminden beklentileri, Kur'an kursuna uyum süreçleri ve sosyal ilişkileri üzerinde araştırma yapılmıştır. Kur'an kursundaki rehberlik faaliyetleri de katılımcılara sorularak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Türkiye'de Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığına bağlı yatılı Kur'an kursunu terk eden bireyler ve bu kurslarda eğitim veren öğreticiler oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemde Kur'an kursunu terk eden 18 birey ve 6 Kur'an kursu öğreticisi ile yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Görüşmelerde yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır.Kur'an kursunu terk eden bireyler ve öğreticiler ile yapılan görüşmeler incelendiğinde, Kur'an kursu terkinin bir sorun olduğu, öğrenciyi bu sürece götüren birçok sebep olduğu görülmüş ve öneriler sunulmuştur.Anahtar Sözcükler: Din Eğitimi, Hafızlık, Kur'an Kursları, Kur'an Kursu Terki

In the research, the reasons affecting the abandonment process of the Qur'an course from the eyes of the individuals who were trained in the Qur'an courses that provide hafiz training but who left the course without completing the hafiz training, and the teachers who teach in these courses were examined.When the literature is examined, it is seen that the studies on the hafiz training in the Qur'an Courses are generally related to the functioning of the education. However, no study has been done from the perspective of the students who dropped out of the course and there is a gap in this area. The absence of a study on course drop out has carried the study to an important dimension in this field. It is thought that being aware of the consequences of leaving the course will contribute to the development of precautions to reduce the problem.In this study, first of all, the meaning and historical process of hafiz were emphasized, and the meanings, reasons and results of the concept of leaving school in the world and in Turkey were given. The hafiz process in the Qur'an courses was examined and the concept of leaving the Qur'an course was constituted. In this study, which was prepared with a qualitative method, the reasons for the abandonment process were revealed, the reactions after the abandonment and the change in life were examined by asking the participants. At the same time, in-depth research was conducted on the reasons why individuals prefer hafiz training, their expectations from hafiz training, their adaptation processes to the course and their social relations. Counseling activities in the Qur'an course were also evaluated by asking the participants.The population of the research consists of individuals who left the boarding Quran course affiliated to the Presidency of Religious Affairs in Turkey. In addition, the individuals' reasons for leaving were tried to be understood by making interviews with the Qur'an course instructors. The sample consists of 18 individuals who left the Qur'an course and 6 Qur'an course instructors. A semi-structured interview form was used in the interviews.When the interviews with individuals and teachers who left the Qur'an course were examined, it was seen that leaving the Qur'an course was a problem, there were many reasons that led the student to this process, and suggestions were presented.Keywords: Religious Education, Hafiz, Qur'an Courses, Qur'an Course Dropout
