Abstract

ÖZETSuç teşkil eden fiil, bir ceza hukuku kuralını ihlal etmenin yanı sıra çoğu zaman özel hukuk anlamında bir haksızlığa yol açmaktadır. Suçtan ilk ve doğrudan etkilenen birey olan mağdur, ceza adaleti sisteminden tatmin olmuş bir şekilde ayrılmak istemektedir. Dolayısıyla ceza adaleti sistemlerinde yeniden keşfedilen mağdur ve mağdur hakları, gün geçtikçe önemi artan ve gelişmekte olan konulardır. `Ceza Adaleti Sisteminde Mağdur Hakları` isimli tezimizin ilk bölümünde; ceza adaleti sistemi, onarıcı adalet ve mağdur kavramları üzerinde durulmuştur. Ardından mağdur haklarının tarihi gelişimine değinilmiştir. ABSTRACTIn addition to violating a criminal law rule, the act that constitutes a crime often leads to an injustice in the sense of private law. The victim, who is the first and directly affected by the crime, wants to leave the criminal justice system as a satisfaction. Therefore, victim and victims' rights, rediscovered in criminal justice systems, are increasingly important and developing issues. In the first part of our thesis entitled `Victims' Rights in the Criminal Justice System`, the concepts of criminal justice system, restorative justice and victim were emphasized. Then, the historical development of victims' rights was discussed.
