dc.description.abstractBu çalışma Uşak ili Sivaslı ilçesinde bulunan Amasya elma çeşidinin bulunduğu kapama meyve bahçesinde yürütülmüş olup, kimyasal ve organik gübre uygulamalarının meyve kalitesi üzerine bazı pomolojik ve biyokimyasal özelliklerinde meydana gelen farklılıkların belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yaprak gübresi (20.20.20) ve organik gübre (deniz yosunu) kullanımının etkisi her uygulamadan tesadüfen seçilen 30'ar adet meyve üzerinde ölçülerek belirlenmiştir. Pomolojik özellikler bakımından yapılan ölçümde meyve ağırlığı 157,53 gr ile 162,37 g; meyve boyu 68,04 mm ile 69,68 mm; meyve eni 71.4 mm ile 72,88mm; biyokimyasal özelliklerden fenolik madde 181,82 ppm ile 258,18 ppm; flavanoid madde 678,00 ppm ile 793,33 ppm; SÇKM oranı %14,00 ile %15,83 aralığında ölçülmüştür. Organik asit içeriklerinden okzalik asit 34,67 ppm ile 48,33 ppm; malik asit 9625,33 ppm ile 10393,66 ppm; askorbik asit 88,00 ppm ile117,67 ppm; tartarik asit 1388,33 ppm ile 2140,67 ppm; sitrik asit 787,33 ppm ile 1008,33 ppm; asetik asit 719,00 ppm ile 995,00 ppm aralığında ölçülmüştür.
dc.description.abstractThis study is conducted in a closed amasya apple orchard located in Sivaslı, Uşak in order to analyze the changes occured due to the usage of chemical and organic fertilizers on some pomological and biochemical features relevant to fruit quality. The effect of using foliar fertilizer (20.20.20) and organic fertilizer (seaweed) was determined by measuring on 30 randomly selected apple fruits from each application.Measurements based on the pomological features are as follows: fruit weight was between 157.53 g and 162.37 g; fruit length wasbetween 68.04 mm and 69.68 mm, fruit width was between 71.4 mm and 72.88 mm, while measurements based on biochemical features show that phenolic substance was between 181.82 ppm and 258.18 ppm; flavanoid substance was between 678.00 ppm and 793.33 ppm and Solublesolidscontent(SSC)was between 14.00% and 15.83%. As the organic acid content, oxalic acid was measured between 34.67 ppm and 48.33 ppm; malic acid 9625.33 ppm and 10393.66 ppm; ascorbic acid 88.00 ppm and 117.67 ppm; tartaric acid 1388.33 ppm and 2140.67 ppm; citric acid 787.33 ppm and 1008.33 ppm; acetic acid 719.00 ppm and 995.00 ppm.en_US
