dc.description.abstract | Yapılan tez çalışmasında, piridil sübstitüe tiyazol içeren 1,3,4-oksadiazol türevleri sentezlenmiştir. Piridin-3/4-tiyokarboksamit bileşiğinin etil bromopirüvat ile reaksiyona girmesi ile etil 2-(piridin-3/4-il)tiyazol-4-karboksilat bileşiği elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen etil 2-(piridin-3/4-il)tiyazol-4-karboksilat bileşiğinin hidrazin hidrat ile reaksiyona girmesi sonucu 5-(2-(piridin-3/4-il)tiyazol-4-il)1,3,4-oksadiazol-2(3H)-tiyon bileşikleri sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen 1,3,4-oksadiazol-2-tiyon bileşiğinin aril halojenür bileşikleri ile reaksiyona girmesiyle 2-(sübstitüebenziltiyo)-5-(2-(piridin-3/4-il)tiyazol-4-il)-1,3,4-oksadiazol bileşikleri sentezlenerek, yeni S- alkillenmiş 1,3,4-oksadiazol türevleri elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları spektroskopik yöntemler kullanılarak (1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS) aydınlatılmıştır. | |
dc.description.abstract | In the thesis study, 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives containing pyridyl substituted thiazole were synthesized. Ethyl 2-(pyridin-3/4-yl)thiazole-4-carboxylate compound was obtained by the reaction of pyridine-3/4-thiocarboxamide compound with ethyl bromopyruvate. As a result of the reaction of the obtained Ethyl 2-(pyridin-3/4-yl)thiazol-4-carboxylate compound with hydrazine hydrate, 5-(2-(pyridin-3/4-yl)thiazol-4-yl)1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-thion compounds were synthesized. By reacting the obtained 1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-thion compounds with aryl halide compounds, 2-(substitutedbenzylthio)-5-(2-(pyridin-3/4-yl)thiazol-4-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole compounds by synthesizing, new S-alkylated 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives were obtained. The structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods (1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS). | en_US |
