dc.description.abstractUygun donör bitkilerden hasat edilen marul polenleri oda (+24 °C) ve buzdolabı (+4 °C) koşullarında, Eppendorf tüpü ve saat camında 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 ve 30 gün süre ile muhafaza edilmiş ve bu süre sonunda 12 farklı ortamda canlılık ve çimlenme gücü kontrolleri yapılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractLettuce pollen harvested from suitable donor plants were stored at room (+24 °C) and refrigerator (+4 °C) conditions in an Eppendorf tube and watch glass for 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 30 days, and this period. At the end of the study, viability and germination viability controls were made in 12 different environments.en_US
