Lise öğretmenlerinin örgütsel kültür ve değerlere göre yönetim algıları

Abstract

Bu araştırma lise öğretmenlerinin örgüt kültürü ile değerlere göre yönetim algıları arasındaki ilişki incelenmek ve değerlere göre yönetimin örgüt alt kültürlerini yordama durumunu tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, ilişkisel tarama modelinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın örneklemi, 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında Batman ilinde görev yapan 483 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada ''Örgütsel Kültür Ölçeği'' ve ''Değerlere Göre Yönetim Ölçeği'' kullanılmıştır. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analiz teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin, okullarda kültürün alt boyutları olan rol, destek, güç ve başarı kültürünün hâkim olduğuna ilişkin algıları ile değerlere göre yönetime ilişkin algıları yüksektir. Öğretmenlerin, güç kültürü algıları mesleki kıdemlerine göre; değerlere göre yönetim algıları da cinsiyet değişkenlerine göre farklılık göstermiştir. Örgüt kültürü alt boyutları ile değerlere göre yönetim arasında orta düzeyde bir ilişki bulunduğu, değerlere göre yönetimin örgüt alt kültürlerinin anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Örgüt kültürü, okul kültürü, değerlere göre yönetim, değer, kültür

This research was conducted to examine the relationship between high school teachers' organizational culture and their perceptions of management according to values and to determine the predictive status of management's organizational subcultures according to values. The research was carried out in relational screening model. The sample of the research consists of 483 teachers working in the province of Batman in the 2019-2020 academic year. `Organizational Culture Scale` and `Management by Values Scale` were used in the research. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis techniques were used in the statistical analysis of the data. The teachers participating in the research have high perceptions of the sub-dimensions of culture in schools, namely role, support, power and success culture, and their perceptions of management according to values. According to the teachers' power culture perceptions according to their professional seniority; Perceptions of management according to values also differed according to gender variables. It has been determined that there is a moderate relationship between organizational culture sub-dimensions and management according to values, and management according to values is a significant predictor of organizational subcultures.Keywords: Organizational culture, school culture, management by values, value, culture
