dc.description.abstractTürkiye'de inşaat ve gayrimenkul sektöründe görülen yükselme sebebiyle piyasaların hukuki yönden alt yapısının hazırlanmasına ve gayrimenkul değerlemesine yönelik adımlar atılmış olarak gayrimenkul değerleme çok büyük bir önem kazanmıştır. Uluslararası Değerleme Standartları'nın kabulü ile değerlemenin daha sağlıklı şekilde yapılması, kurumsal bir gayrimenkul finansman sisteminin oluşturulmasıyla gayrimenkul değerinin doğru bir şekilde yapılması ve hisse senetlerinin doğru ve sağlıklı olarak oluşmasında katkıda bulunulması amaçlanmıştır.
