dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı; Avrupa siyasetinde sosyal medya ve İslamofobi ilişkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada öncelikle siyasal iletişimin tanımı, tarihsel gelişimi ve araçları ele alınmış, sosyal medya ve siyasal iletişim ilişkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Sonrasında Avrupa'da İslamafobi incelenmiştir. Yunanistan, Hollanda ve Almanya'daki İslamofobik eylemler ve Altın Şafak, Özgürlük ve Almanya İçin Alternatif Partisi'nin sosyal medyadaki İslamofobik söylemleri ele alınmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between social media and islamophobia in European politics. In this context, firstly the definition, historical development and tools of political communication are discussed and the relationship between social media and political communication is covered in the study. Then, islamophobia in Europe is examined. Islamophobic acts in Greece, the Netherlands and Germany, and Islamophobic social media discourses of the Greek Golden Dawn Party, Freedom Party and the Alternative for Germany Party are discussed.en_US
