dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında bazı iki değerlikli geçiş metallerinin 4-sülfamoilbenzoatlarının nikotinamid ile [Cu(C7H6NO4S)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)] ve [Co (C6H6N2O)2(H2O)4].2(C7H6NO4S).2(H2O), izonikotinamid ile [Co(C7H6NO4S)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2].2C6H6N2O, [Mn(C7H6NO4S)2(H2O)4].(C6H6N2O) ve [Zn(C7H6NO4S)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)4].2(C6H6N2O), N,N'-dietilnikotinamid ile [Cu(C7H6NO4S)2(H2O)3], [Mn(C7H6NO4S)2(C10H14N2O)2(H2O)2] ve [Zn(C7H6NO4S)2(C10H14N2O)2(H2O)2], 4-siyanopiridin ile [Co(C7H6NO4S)2 (H2O)4]. C6H5N2 ve metilnikotinat ile [Cu(C7H6NO4S)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)] on yeni kompleksi sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen bu komplekslerin yapıları elemental analiz, FT-IR spektroskopisi ve UV-Vis spektrofotometresi ile karakterize edilmiş ve tek kristal X-ışını diffraksiyonu yöntemiyle aydınlatılmıştır. Ayrıca komplekslerin antibakteriyel aktiviteleri agar kuyucuk difüzyon yöntemiyle incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, 4-sulfamoylbenzoates of some divalent transition metals were combined with nicotinamide [Cu(C7H6NO4S)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)] and [Co (C6H6N2O)2(H2O)4].2(C7H6NO4S).2(H2O), with isonicotinamide [Co(C7H6NO4S)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2].2C6H6N2O, [Mn(C7H6NO4S)2(H2O)4].(C6H6N2O) and [Zn(C7H6NO4S)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)4].2(C6H6N2O), with N,N'-diethylnicotinamide [Cu(C7H6NO4S)2(H2O)3], [Mn(C7H6NO4S)2(C10H14N2O)2(H2O)2] and [Zn(C7H6NO4S)2(C10H14N2O)2(H2O)2], with 4-cyanopyridine [Co(C7H6NO4S)2 (H2O)4]. C6H5N2 and methylnicotinate [Cu(C7H6NO4S)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)] ten new complexes were synthesized. The structures of these synthesized complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectrophotometer and by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. In addition, the antibacterial activities of the complexes were investigated by agar well diffusion method.en_US
