Balların antimikrobiyal etkileri sonucuna göre örneklerde farklılık olmakla beraber bakterilere karşı etki görülürken, 3 Gram pozitif bakterilerde (Staphylococcus aereus ATCC 29213, Staphylococcus aereus ATCC 25925, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29219) 5 Gram negatif bakterilerden (Klebsiella pneumonia ATCC 700603, Esherichia coli RSKK O157:H7, Esherichia coli ATCC 25922, Esherichia coli ATCC 35218, Pseudomonas auriginosa ATCC 27853) daha iyi sonuç alındığı tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Polen analizi, Bal, Antimikrobiyal etki, Posof
In this study, 29 honey samples from Posof district of Ardahan province were taken from local beekeepers in 2020 and pollen analysis and antimicrobial effects of these samples were examined. As a result of the pollen analysis, samples of Apiaceae, Amaranthaceae, Asteraceae, Boraginaceae, Brassicaceae, Campanulaceae, Caryopyllaceae, Cistaceae, Dipsacaceae, Ericaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Fabaceae, Hypericaceae, Lamiaceae, Onograceae, Pinaceae, Plantaginaceae, Poaceae, Poligonaceae, Rosaceae, Salicaceae, Scrophulariaceae, Solanaceae ve Urticaceae e 29 families, including Urticaceae, have been identified. Dominant families were determined as Fabaceae and Cistaceae in honey samples. In 29 honey samples, 10 of the unifloral honeys were defined as Fabaceae and 1 as Cistaceae honey. The remaining 18 honey samples were defined as multifloral honey. The families with the most pollen in honey were Fabaceae, Rosaceae, Lamiaceae, Boraginaceae, Cistaceae and Asteraceae.According to the results of the antimicrobial effects of honey, although there was a difference in the samples, the effect was observed against bacteria, while 3 Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aereus ATCC 29213, Staphylococcus aereus ATCC 25925, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29219) were out of 5 Gram-negative bacteria (Klebsiella pneumonia ATCC 700603, Escherichia coli 7: HKK7. , Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Escherichia coli ATCC 35218, Pseudomonas auriginosa ATCC 27853) were determined to have better results.Key Words: Pollen analysis, Honey, Antimicrobial effect, Posofen_US
