dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Ardahan ili Posof ilçesi atmosferik polenleri 01 Ocak 2020 – 31 Aralık 2020 tarihleri arasında volumetrik yöntemle VPSS 2000 cihazı kullanılarak incelendi. Araştırmada 21'i odunsu, 18'i otsu toplam 39 takasona ait 25711 polen/m3 saptandı. Odunsu bitkilere ait polenler toplam polenlerin %73,15'ini, otsu bitki polenleri %26,44'ünü ve tanımlanamayan polenlerin ise %0,41'ini oluşturduğu belirlendi.Çalışma bölgesinde yoğun olarak saptanan odunsu taksonlar; Pinaceae (%38,57), Betula sp. (%14,69), Cupressaceae/Taxaceae (%7,35), Quercus sp. (%3,19), Alnus sp. (%2,54), Morus sp. (%1,14), Populus sp. (%1,11), Fraxinus sp. (%1,10) ve Fagus sp.'dir (%1,02) olarak saptandı. dc.description.abstractIn this study, atmospheric pollens of Ardahan Province Posof District were examined between January 01, 2020 and December 31, 2020, using the volumetric method using VPSS 2000 device. In the research, 25711 pollen/m3 of 39 taxons, 21 of which are arboreal and 18 of which are unarboreal, were determined. It was determined that the pollen of arboreal plants constituted 73,15% of the total pollen, 26,44% of the unarboreal plant pollen and 0.41% of the unidentified pollen.The arboreal taxa, which were intensely detected in the study area; Pinaceae (38,57%), Betula sp. (14,69%), Cupressaceae/Taxaceae (7,35%), Quercus sp. (3,19%), Alnus sp. (2,54%), Morus sp. (1,14%), Populus sp. (1,11%), Fraxinus sp. (1,10%), and Fagus sp. (1,02%). Unarboreal plants are Poaceae (10,92%), Urticaceae (5,80%), Artemisia sp. (2,94%), Rumex sp. (1,31%), and Ambrosia sp. (1,01%) was determined as. The highest pollen density was found in May (35,33%), and June (33,39%).en_US
