Resim sanatı tarihinde mekansal espas anlayışına antitez olarak minimalist resim anlayışı

Abstract

Mekânsal espas anlayışı, resimsel düzlemde biçimsel olarak derinlik oluşturma özelliğidir. Resim sanatı tarihi, gelişim sürecinde farklı dönemlerde farklı olarak betimlenmiştir. Espas, Fransızca kökenli bir terim olup, Türkçe karşılığı derinlik, aralık, boşluk, uzay, mekân, atmosfer ve perspektiftir. Resim sanatı tarihinde bütün resimsel görünümler ve yapıtlar belli bir mekân anlayışı içermektedir. Bir resmi oluşturan öğelerle birlikte kurgulanan mekân anlayışı her ressama ve döneme göre farklılıklar göstermiştir. Mekân, İlk Çağ Mağara resimlerinde, Antik Mısır, Yunan ve Roma resim sanatında amacı sanatsal bir yaratı olmasa bile yüzeyde iki boyutlu olarak uygulanmıştır. Ortaçağ'da ise simgesel olarak sadece zemin konumundadır. Rönesans' da perspektife yönelik deneyler, perspektif kurallarının bulunması ve geliştirilmesi sayesinde resim sanatı iki boyutlu yüzey görünümünden, üç boyutlu görünüme geçmiştir.Mekân kavramında yeni oluşumlar ise Empresyonizm akımıyla başlamış, diğer modern sanat akımlarında farklılık göstermiş ya da mekân kavramı ve perspektif kuralları dışlanmıştır. Bu tez çalışması mekân kavramının mağara resimlerinden Minimalizm resim sanatına gelinceye kadar ve Minimalizm kavramı içersinde akımın ressamları tarafından nasıl şekil aldığını incelemektedir. The spatial space concept is the feature of generating depth stylistically in pictural level. The history of painting art has been described differently in different eras in the development process of it. Space is a French origin term (fr. Espace) and its equivalence in Turkish language is depth, range, space, outer space, place, atmosphere and perspective. All of the pictural appearances and artworks in the history of painting art include specific space concept. Space concept that is constructed with the elements that create a painting differed by each painter and era.Space, even the purpose of it was not an artistic creation in Ancient Egypt, Greek and Roman painting art and first age cave paintings, was carried out as two-dimensional on the surface. As to middle ages, it is only in the status of ground symbolically. Painting art transformed into three-dimensional appearance from two-dimensional surface appearance in Renaissance thanks to the experiments towards perspective, finding and developing the rules of perspective.New formations in the space concept have begun with impressionism movement and have differed in other art movements or space concept and the rules of perspective were exluded. This thesis study examines how space concept was shaped by the painters of movement in Minimalism concept and from cave pictures until the Minimalism painting art.Keywords: Painting art, Minimalism, Perspective, Spatial space.
