Terörizm: Bir dış politika alternatifi

Abstract

Bu çalışma; dünya üzerinde geçmişten günümüze kadar meydana gelmiş terörist hareketleri inceleyerek, genel anlamda tanımlayıcı bir şablon ortaya çıkarmak, terörizmin evrimini ve geldiği noktaları değerlendirerek, modern çağa damgasını vuran bu çatışma stratejisinin gelişimini ve değişimini etkileyen unsurları tespit etmek amacını taşımaktadır.Tez içerisinde, değerlendirilen ve örnekler vasıtası ile de ispata çalışılan ana fikir; günümüzde terörizmin, ülkeler için alternatif bir dış politika aracı olduğu gerçeğidir. Bu nedenle, çalışma boyunca, seçilmiş örnekler kendi iç ve dış dinamikleri açılarından değerlendirilerek, terörizmi oluşturan unsurlar ve terörizmin uluslararasılaşması gibi konuları mercek altına alınacaktır.Terörizm üzerine yapılan çalışmada bir diğer ana konu ise terör örgütlerinin farklı açılara göre sınıflandırılmasını içermektedir. Burada, politik şiddettin geldiği yön ve terör hareketinin politik çizgisi bu sınıflandırma içerisinde birer parametre olarak kullanılacaktır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Terörizm, Politik Şiddet, Terörizmin Desteklenmesi, Dış Politika, Terör Örgütleri

This thesis aims to create a descriptive frame by examining the terrorist movements occured from the past to present, to evaluate the evolution of terrorism and its level today, and to find out the elements affecting the development and mutation of terrorism.In the thesis, the main idea which is try to be supported with examples is the reality that terrorism is an alternative foreign policy instrument for the states. Due to this reason, throughout the thesis, the topics such as the elements which is consisting the terrorism and the internationalization of terrorism are going to be taken into consideration by evaluating the selected example with their internal and external dynamics.Also, in the thesis, there is an another important topic which is about the classification of terrorism according to different parameters including the direction of political violence and political aims of terrorist movements.Key Word: Terrorism, Political Violance, The Support of Terrorism, Foreign Policy and Terror Networks.
