Hemşirelerde tükenmişliğin hasta bakım kalitesine etkisi

Abstract

Literatürde tükenmişliğin insanlarla birebir ilişki gerektiren mesleklerde görüldüğü ifade edilmektedir. Hemşirelik mesleğide söz konusu meslek grupları içinde yer almaktadır. Hemşireler arasında tükenmişliğin hasta bakım kalitesine etkisine ilişkin yeterli çalışma yapılmamıştır. Bu çalısmanın amacı, hemşirelerde tükenmişliğin hasta bakım kaliesine etkisini incelenmesidir. Araştırma, özel hastanede çalışan 100 hemşire ve 100 hasta üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler anket yoluyla toplanmış ve wrap PLS, SPSS 11.5 ve HLM 7.0 for windows paket programlarıyla analiz edilmiştir.Yapılan analizlerden elde edilen bulgulara göre, hemşirelerde duygusal tükenmişlik kişisel bilgilendirme algısını olumsuz olarak etkilemektedir. Diğer taraftan kişisel başarı algısı fiziksel çevre ve genel talimatlar algısını olumlu olarak etkilemektedir.

The literature shows that burnout is expressed in the professions that require one to one relationship with people. The nursing profession, the professional groups mentioned is located within. There has not been adequate studies of the effect of burnout on nurses quality of patient care.The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of nurses burnout on nurses quality of patient care. The study was conducted on 100 patients and 100 nurses working in private hospitals. Data were collected through a questionnaire and were analyzed using wrap PLS, SPSS 11.5 and HLM 7.0 for windows.According to findings, emotional exhaustion in nurses negatively affect the perception of personal information. On the other hand, personal accomplishment positively effect the perception of the physical environment and general instructions.
