Obsesif kompulsif bozukluk tanısı alan ebeveynlerin 10-18 yaş çocuklarında anne babadan algılanan psikolojik kontrol ve mükemmeliyetçilik düzeyi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluk (OKB) tanısı alan anne ya da babaların, 10-18 yaş çocuklarında algılanan psikolojik kontrol ve mükemmeliyetçilik düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesinde, Psikiyatri polikliniğine başvuran, DSM IV-TR ve DSM V-TR tanı kriterlerine göre OKB tanısı konan anne ya da babaların çocukları (n=30) çalışmaya alınmıştır.Kontrol grubuna ise Samsun/19 Mayıs, Atatürk Ortaokulu ve Samsun/Bafra, Altınkaya Anadolu Lisesinde okumakta olan anne babaları herhangi bir psikiyatrik tanı almamış, çocuk ve ergenler (n=30) dahil edilmiştir.Çalışmaya alınan çocuk ve ergenlerin yaş ortalaması 14.80±2.88 (min.10 yaşında, max. 18 yaşında) olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışma verilerinin toplanmasında çocuk ve ergenlere Demografik Form, Çok Boyutlu Mükemmeliyetçilik Ölçeği (FÇBMÖ) ve Psikolojik Kontrol Ölçeği(PKÖ) uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 21.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır. Çalışma bulguları, ilgili literatürdeki mevcut çalışma sonuçlarıyla büyük ölçüde tutarlıdır. Verilere göre, annesi ya da babasına OKB tanısı konmuş bireylerin, annesi ya da babasına OKB tanısı konulmamış olan bireylere oranla mükemmeliyetçilik düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Babası OKB tanısı almış bireylerin, babası OKB tanısı almamış bireylere oranla babadan algılanan psikolojik kontrol düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır.Anahtar Sözcükler: Obsesif Kompulsif Bozuklukluk, Psikolojik Kontrol, Mükemmeliyetçilik, Anne Baba Tutumları

In this research project, it was aimed to identify the pyschological control and perfectionism levels which are perceived from the mothers and fathers by 10 year old to 18 year old children whose parents had been diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder. In Ondokuzmayıs University, Medical School, applicants of pyschiatry department, children of mothers and fathers (n=30) who have diagnosed to OCD as DSM-IV.TR, DSM-V.TR criteria have taken into consideration. Also, in the control group, children and adolescents (n=30) from Samsun/19 Mayıs Atatürk Junior High School and Samsun/Bafra, Altınkaya High School was included whose mothers and fathers was not identified to any pyschiatric issue. It was approved that the average age of the children and adolescents were 14.80±2.88 (min. 10 years old, max. 18 years old). In the collection of the working data, demographic form, multi dimensional perfectionism scale, and pyschological control scale was applied to the children and adolescents. The datas received by the research was diagnosed with Windows 21.0 program. Findings were discussed according to the literature. Working findings were consistent with most of the current literature working results. According to the datas, individuals, whose mothers and fathers were diagnosed to OCD were more close to the perfectionism where as the individuals whose mothers and father were not diagnosed to OCD. It was approved that compared to individuals, whose fathers has not diagnosed to OCD, the individuals whose fathers have diagnosed to OCD had higher pyschological controlling level.Key Words: Pyschological Control, Perfectionism, Obsessive Compulsive Symptoms, Manners of Mothers and Fathers
