112 servisi çalışanlarına yönelik şiddet ve sonuçları (Denizli İli örneği)

Abstract

Şiddet çalışanları olumsuz etkilemektedir. Şiddet mağduru olandan tutunda çalışanlara, kuruma ve topluma kadar bu etkilenme devam etmektedir. Bu etkilenmeleri ortadan kaldırmak için şiddete karşı önlemler alınmalıdır. Önlem alırken de her somut şiddet olayı analiz edilmeli ona göre önlemler alınmalıdır. Şiddetin nedenleri sonuçları ve etkileri somut olaya göre değişmektedir. Bu alınan önlemler şiddet olayının azalmasında etkin rol oynayacaktır. Acil sağlık hizmetlerinde yaşanan şiddet olayları büyük çoğunluğu kayıt edilmemekte çalışan tarafından ilgili kurum ve kuruluşlara bildirilmemekte adeta yok sayılmaktadır. Bu durumda yeni şiddet olaylarını körükleyerek toplum içinde yok sayılarak telafisi mümkün olmayan durumlara sebep olmaktadır. Çalışmanın hem teorik hem de anket yorumlarından bahsedilmiştir.Şiddetten en çok çalışanlar etkilenmektedir. Bu da Ambulans hizmetlerinin verilmesinde bir takım olumsuzluklara sebebiyet vermektedir. İnsanlar için elzem olan bu sağlık hizmetinin etkin ve verimli olması acil müdahale bakımından büyük öneme sahiptir. Şiddetin ambulans hizmetlerinin sekteye uğratmaması için şiddet konusunda toplumun her kesimine bir görev düşmekte bu görevlerin kurum çalışanlarıyla beraber değerlendirerek kamuoyunda şiddete karşı bilinç oluşturulmalıdır.

Most employees are affected by violence. This leads to a number of negatives in the provision of Ambulance services. This health service, which is essential for people, has agreat importance for an effective and efficient emergency intervention.In order not to let violence affect ambulance services, there is a duty for every citizenin regards of violence. Consciousness against violence should be established in public by evaluating these duties together with the employees of the institution
