Abstract

215 TEZ ÖZETİ Bu çalışma, Bitlis İli' nin Adilcevaz İlçesi ve köylerinin ağız özelliklerini kapsamaktadır. Tez konusu seçildikten sonra sahada Tez 'e malzeme teşkil edecek derlemelere başlandı. Derlemeler Adilcevaz ilçesi' nde ve köylerinde yapıldı. Bu çalışmada Bitlis İlinin Adilcevaz İlçesi ve köylerinin ağız özelliklerinin tesbit edilmesine ve yazı dilinden farklılaşan noktalarının ortaya çıkarılmasına çalışıldı. Tez; giriş, inceleme, metinler, sonuç ve sözlük bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, Adilcevaz İlçesi' nin tarihi, etnik yapısı, idari yapısı ve coğrafi özellikleri üzerinde duruldu. İnceleme bölümünde derlenen metinlerden hareketle ilçe ağzının dilbilgisi yönünden incelenmesi yapıldı. İnceleme bölümü, iki kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Bunlar ses ve yapı bilgisidir. Bu iki bölümde derlenen metinler, titizlikle gözden geçirildi ve ilçenin ağız özellikleri ortaya çıkarıldı. Metinler bölümü, tezin asıl çatısını oluşturan bölümdür. Yapılan bütün değerlendirmelere kaynak teşkil etmektedir. Metinler, kasetlerden duyulan şekliyle aslı bozulmadan ve transkripsiyon işaretleri kullanılarak yazıya aktarıldı. Sonuç bölümünde ise Adilcevaz Ağzı' nm ses ve yapı bakımından hem Türkiye Türkçisi' nden hem de diğer Anadolu Ağızları' ndan benzer ve ayrı yönleri tesbit edilmeye çalışıldı. Tezin son bölümünü, sözlük bölümü oluşturmaktadır. Sözlük kısmında ise, metinlerde geçen yöreye has kelimeler ve Türkiye Türkçesi' nden farklı telaffuz edilen kelimeler yer almaktadır.

216 THE SUMMARY OF THE THESIS This study, comprises the dialect characteristics of the city Bitlis, its town Adilcevaz. After choosing the topic of the thesis, on the region it was started to find the materials for the thesis. Those selections were prepared in the town Adilcevaz. On this study, we tried to determine the dialect characteristics of the town Adilcevaz and the city Bitlis and also to expose the differences between the dialect and the written language. The thesis is divided into five parts; introduction, studying, texts, result and vocabulary. In intoduction, we have studied on the historical, ethnic, administrative structure and the geographical features of Adilcevaz. The studying part is composed of two groups. This are phonetics and structure. Both of the gatering text in these groups was examined carefully and then the dialect characteristics of the town were come by. The text part is the main roof of the thesis. It is the written source for all examinactions. The text were quoted from the original forms of themselves in the cassettes into the writing by using the transcription marks. In the result, it was tried to obtaun the similarities and the differences from both Turkey Turkish and the other Anatolian dialects in respect of dialect and structure. At the end of the thesis, there is a vocabulary part. In it, there are original words belong to the town and the words which are pronounced differently from Turkish of Turkey.
