104 ABSTRACT The idea of creating the Qoran `had come into issue with the existence of God's words. This thought had started in One -God -belived religions, there fore, first in Jewish. During 10 ' Century, the Jewish Remarkers couldn't solve some amtters and problems so they felt obliged to make reforms in religion and this caused rationalism in religion. This was controversial arel a cotradictron. As a result of so many incasions by the Muslims during 2nd Century A.D., so many different belifs had been faced. As İslam let a gerat freedom for thought, this resulted in translating so many books into new lahguages. This proved during and in the opening of 'Darül Hikmet` Meanwhile, joreign cultures ant thoughts came out. No doubt, it was wuiet naturel to be influenced with these thoughts. With the expanding of islamic Geography it had been seen that so many Jewish or Christian had become Mushims but it would be difficult for them to forget about the old habits ant thoughts in a short time. The idea of `Cerating Qaron had spread under the influence of such people. Moreover, the expanding of islamic Geography had brought some problems together with it. Therefore, Muslims felt obliged to answer all the questions which were asked by the Jewish. The answers to their questions had to be giren in tphiosplic and logical rules. Just them, the scholl of `Mu'tezile` was born to procet İslam against foreign religions.
