dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT Aims of an administration could be seen as the extentions of the social sistem. In this meaning the aim of the administration is the differentiated fonction of the upper level society. The existance reason of an organization is to serve spesific goals. However these goals are determined by worth systems. The organization's goals wouldn't seperate from society's social and cultural worths. Howover goals are used to express to the organizations mission and it is the first role wich is given to the organization by the society. Even organization are related to materialize, cultural values are effectual about the shape and the contents to reciprocate the requiretments. Administrations goals are determinated by the values wich are inside of organization or outside which one of the administration's targeted value systems has a strong influence is determineted by the understanding of the society. It is the attainment at the decision is come out by paying attention of society. If cultural values could known well and determineted of the chaning direction of the culture, the effectiveness of the completed plans will be rise at the same degree. If it isn't done, society and the organization/administration have a conflict continuously. Nowadays administration understanding has cultural values sovereignity of the pragmatist phylosophic understanding. Thes essential values are improvement, competition and chaning. Everyting has a share from the continuously suddend chanings. This valuable area is a place that people conflict with each other; most of people's life are directed by these values. Whereas people aren't directed whith these medium values; sooner or later people must give meaning to their actions and lives. Because a real improvement comes out when high values and ideas have a strong influence. | en_US |
