ÖZET Bu çalışma; Erciş ve çevresinde yetiştirilen Askeroglu, Daldabir, Pamuk-1, Pamuk-11, Pamuk-111, Pamuk-lV, Pamuk-V, Malkocoglu, Sagmnık, Turş, Edremit-1, Edremit- ll,Edremit-lV, Kaburga, Ercis-1, Erciş-11, Ercis-111, Erciş- IV, Erciş-V, Erciş-Vl ve Hara-1, Hara-11, Hara-111 çeşitleri Üzerinde yapılmıştır. Ortalama meyve ağırlıkları; Askeroglu çeşidinde 53.36 gr, Daldabir çeşidinde 121.43 gr, Malkoçoglu çeşidinde 92.79gr, Pamuk-V 60.77 gr, Sağınnık 'ta 93.80 gr, Turs çeşidinde 101. 3gr, Edremit-111 çeşidinde 83.79 gr, Kaburga Çeşidinde 65.10 gr, Erciş-11 çeşidinde 112.65 gr ve Hara-1 çeşidinde 116.23 gr bulunmuştur. Çeşitlerin ortalama meyve boyları 34.31 mm (Pamuk-1) ile 63.74 mm (Erciş-11) arasında; ortalama meyve çapları 43.37 mm (Ercis-1) ile 70.72 mm (Erciş-11) arasında ve ortalama, meyve yoğunlukları 0.039 gr/cm3 (Edremit-11) ile 1.158 gr/cm3 (Hara-11) arasında değişmiştir. Olgun meyvelerde suda çözUnUr kuru madde miktarları Askeroglu %11.20, Daldabir %12.38, Malkoçoglunda %15.63 Pamuk- IV ve Pamuk-V'de %11.93, Sagınnık'da %12. 38,Turs 'da %12.83, Edremit-111 de %12.12, Kaburga %12.75, Erciş-11 %12.50, Hara-1 %10. 50 olarak tesbit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın yUrUtUldUgU çeşitlerde pH; 3.01 (Askeroglu) ile 4.90 (Edremit-lV) arasında toplam asitlik %0.095 (Pamuk- 111), %1.389 (Edremit-1) ve meyve eti sertliği 2.80 kg/cm2 (Pamuk-1) ile 8.50 kg/cm2 (Daldabir) arasında belirlenmiştir. Yazlık çeşitlerde meyvelerin çiçeklenmeden itibaren83 ağaç olumuna gelme süreleri Yazlık çeşitlerde 93-131 gün; güzlük çeşitlerde 117-145 gün; Kışlık çeşitlerde 132-153 gün olarak tespit edilmiştir.

The average fruit weights were 53.36 gr in Askeroglu, 121.43 gr in Daldabir, 92.79 gr in Malkocoglu, 60.77 gr in Pamuk-V, 93.8 gr in Sagınnık 101.3 gr in Turs, 83.79 gr in Edremit-111, 65.10 gr in Kaburga, 112.65 gr in Ercis-11 and 116.23 gr in Hara-1. The fruit diameter were between 43.37 mm (Ercis-1) and 70.72 mm (Ercis-11) in mature fruits at harvesting time for all varieties. Fruit length changed between 34.31 mm (Pamuk-1) and 63.74 mm (Ercis-11) in mature fruits. Fruit density changed between 0.039 gr/cm3 (Edremit-11) and 1.158 gr/cm3 (Hara-11). The soluble solid contents in fruit juices were 11.20 % in Askeroglu, 12.38 % in Daldabir, 15.63 % in Malkocoglu, 11.93 % in Pamuk-V, 12.38 % in Sagınnık, 12.83 % in Turs, 12.12 % in Edremit-111, 12.75 % in Kaburga, 12.50 % in Ercis-11 and 10.50 % in Hara-1. pH value were between 3.01 (Askeroglu) and 4.90 (Edremit-lV) and total acid value were between 0.095 % (Pamuk-111) and 1.389 % (Edremit-1) and hardiness of fruit84 VI 1.
