dc.description.abstract | VI oz Takdim edilen bu çalışmada l ve 2- hidrazinopiridm'in reaksiyonu ile 4-Benzoil-5-fenil-l-(2-piridil) pirazol-3-karboksilik asit sentezlendi. 4-Benzoil-5-fenil-l-(2-piridil) pirazol-3-karboksilik asit'in dekarboksilasyonu sonucu, 4-Benzoil-5-fenil-l-(2-piridil) pirazol bileşiği, hidrazinhidrat, fenilhidrazin ve 2-hidrazinopiridin ile reaksiyonları sonucunda ise sırayla, 3,4-difenil-2-(2-piridil)-2H- pirazolo [3,4 - d] piridazin-7(6H) on; 3,4,5-trifenil -2-(2-piridil) -2H-pirazolo [3,4 - d] piridazin -7(6H) on ve 3,4 - difenil -2 bis (2- piridil) -2H -pirazolo [3,4 -d] piridazin -7(6H) on bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. | |
dc.description.abstract | V ABSTRACT The biological and medicinal importance of heterocyclic ring added pyrazole derivatives is emphasized in literature moreover, it is known that some of bicyclic heterosystems containing a pyrazole ring, particularly some pyrazolo- pyridazin derivatives are used to cure some diseases. On the other hand, 4-Benzoyl-l,5-diphenyl pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid resulted from the reaction between 4-Benzoyl-5-phenyl-2,3-furandione with phenyl hydrazine or hydrazone had been synthesized and its following reactions had been investigated as well In this study, from the reaction of 1 and 2-hydrazinopyridine, 4-BenzoyI-5- phenyl-1- `(2-pyrîdy'O` pyrazole-3- carboxylic acid, 2 was synthesized and its reactions were investigated to determine whether reactions similar to reactions of 4-Benzoyl-l,5-diphenyl pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid will occur in pyridine ring added pyrazole carboKylic acids. Decarboxylation of 4-Benzoyl-5-phenyl-l- (2-pyridyl) pyrazole-3- carboxylic acid resulted in the form of 4-Benzoyl-5-phenyl-l- (2-pyridyl) pyrazole and reactions of 4-Benzoyl-5-phenyl-l- (2-pyridyl) pyrazole-3- carboxylic acid with hydrazinehydrat, phenyl hydrazine and 2-hydrazinopyridine resulted in compounds, 3,4-diphenyl- (2-pyridyl)-2H-pyrazolo [3,4-d] pyridazin-7 (6H) one, 3,4,5-triphenyl-2- (2-pyridyI)-2H-pyrazolo [3,4-d] pyridazin-7 (6H) one, 3,4 Diphenyl-2,6 bis (2-pyridyl)-2H-pyrazolo [3.4-dpyridazin-7 (6H) one The strutures of these new compounds were clarified by elemental analyses carried out at Chemistry Department, Erciyes University and by IR, 'H-NMR and BC-NMR carried out at Chemistry Department, Atatürk University. | en_US |
