dc.description.abstractXI oz Bu çalışmada, metalsiz ve metalli ftalosiyaninler bir yeni ftalonitril türevinden sentezlendi. Yeni bileşikler elementel analiz, infrared, elektronik absorpsiyon spektroskopisi ve NMR spektrumlan ile karakterize edilmişlerdir. Diğer taraftan DMSO'da asimetrik ftalosiyaninler (Pcl3 ve Pcl4) ve porfirinler (TPyP ve TSPP) arasındaki heteroagregasyonlar incelendi. Diad ve triadlann stokyometrisi ve oluşum sabitleri job metoduna göre hesaplandı. Kanserin fotodinamik terapisi için oldukça faydalı verimle singlet oksijen oluşturmaya kabiliyetli yeni heterokompleksler olarak görülebilir. dc.description.abstractX ABSTRACT In this study, metal-free and metal phthalocyanines have been synthesized from a new phthalonitrile derivative the new compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, electronic absorption spectra and NMR spectra. On the other hand, investigated the heteroaggregation betwen unsymmetrical phthalocyanines (Pel 3 and Pcl4) and porphyrins (TPyP and TSPP) in DMSO. The diad and triade stoichiometry and formation constaints were evaluated by means of job metod. It can be seen the ability of the new heterocomplexes to generate singlet oxygen with high efficiency useful for the photodynamic therapy of cancer.
