AKP`nin millet anlayışı

Abstract

Bu tezde Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi'nin (AKP) millet anlayışı ele alınacaktır. AKP iktidarları dönemi, Türkiye açısından pek çok siyasal, ekonomik ve toplumsal dönüşüme sahne olmuştur. AKP'nin yeni millet anlayışı, bu dönüşümlere eşlik edecek bir yeni resmi ideoloji yaratma çabasıdır.Bu kapsamda tezin giriş bölümünde tezin konusu olan AKP'nin millet anlayışının ne ifade ettiği ortaya konulacaktır. 1. Bölümde, AKP'nin millet anlayışının tarihsel gelişim süreci ele alınacaktır. Bu tarihsel gelişim, Milli Görüş Hareketi, Yeniden Milli Mücadele Hareketi ve Türk sağ geleneği bağlamında incelenecektir. Bu üç akımın millet anlayışları ve bu geleneklerden AKP'ye yansıyanlar tespit edilmeye çalışılacaktır. 2. Bölümde AKP'nin millet anlayışının iç politikadaki unsurları ele alınacaktır. AKP'nin millet anlayışı iç politikadaki yansımalarıyla ele alınacaktır. Burada, AKP'nin millet anlayışının hegemonik bir merkez kurmaktan, otoriterleşmeye doğru olan eğilimi incelenecektir. Bu bölümde ayrıca, AKP'nin millet anlayışı açısından sorunlu toplumsal kesimler olarak görülen Kürtler ve Alevilerin konumu da incelenecektir. 3. Bölümde AKP'nin millet anlayışının dış politikadaki yansımaları ele alınacaktır. AKP'nin dış politikası millet anlayışının incelenmesi açısından önemli veriler sunar. AKP'nin dış politikada geliştirdiği, Stratejik derinlik, neo-osmanlıcılık, aktif dış politika ve model ülke gibi yaklaşımlar, millet anlayışının izlerini önemli oranda taşır. Sonuç bölümünde ise tezin genel fikri anlatılacak ve 2013 yılı içinde yaşanan toplumsal olaylar AKP'nin millet anlayışı çerçevesinde ele alınarak tez tamamlanacaktır.

In this thesis, nation conception of Justice and Development Party (JDP) will be analysed. The government proceses of JDP, for Turkey, the process of many political, economical and social transformations. JDP's new conception of nation is an effort of building a new official ideology, which will help to practice this transformations. In this context, in introduction part of thesis, reflection of nation conception of JDP will be researched. First chapter will focus on historical improvement of JDP's concept of nation. This historical process will be research within the context of three political and ideological traditions. These are: National Vision Movement, Anew National Struggle Movement and Turkish rightist traditions. Nation conceptions of these three traditions and their influence on JDP will be studied. In second chapter, domestic political elements of this nation concept will be researched. Nation conception of JDP is proceeding from hegemonical inclusive policies to authoritative exclusionist tendencies. Additionally, in this chapter, Kurds and Alawites will be analysed as problematical side of JDP's conception of nation. In third chapter, concept of nation's reflections on foreign policy will be researched. Foreign policy of JDP is a very useful area to indicate the ray of this concept of nation. JDP's foreign policy is built on Strategical depth, Neo-Ottomanism, active foreign policy and model state politics. This thoughts and political strategies have very crucial reflections of JDP's nation conception.In finish part of thesis, an abstract of whole thesis will be made. Then, JDP's nation politics will be researched in the context of social events of Turkey in 2013 and thesis will be finished.
