Van ili ve çevresindeki içme ve kullanma sularında Salmonella sp. ve Shigella sp. varlığının tespiti

Abstract

Bu araştırmada; 15 Nisan-15 Eylül 2009 tarihleri arasında Van ve çevresindeki içme ve kullanma sularından farklı zamanlarda alınan su örneklerinde Salmonella sp.ve Shigella sp. gibi patojenlerin varlığının tespiti amaçlandı. Aynı su örneklerinden toplam koliform, fekal koliform, E. coli, fekal streptokok gibi indikatör bakterilerin sayımları da yapıldı.Membran filtrasyon yöntemi ile yapılan çalışmalarda, numunelerin 49 tanesinde toplam koliform, 25 tanesinde fekal koliform, 19 tanesinde E. coli, 11 tanesinde fekal streptokok tesbit edildi.Alınan numunelerin hiçbirinde Salmonella sp. ve Shigella sp. patojenleri tespit edilemedi.Anahtar Kelimeler: Van, Salmonella sp , Shigella sp. , içme ve kullanma suları

In this research, the purpose was that determination of pathogens like Salmonella sp and Shigella sp from drinking and potable water which are sampled in different times of city Van and its urban areas between April of 15 and September of 15 on 2009. At the same time, the numbers of the indicator bacteria such as total coliform, fecal coliform, E. coli and fecal streptococcus were counted.The studies which were done with membrane filtration method, it was identified as 49 of sample is total coliform, 25 of it is fecal coliform, 20 of it is E. coli and 11 of it is fecal streptococci.Pathogens which are Salmonella sp. and Shigella sp. were not determined in any of the taken samples.Key Words: Van, Salmonella sp. , Shigella sp., drinking and potable water.
