dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, yeni başlangıç maddesi 3 2-isopropil-6-metilpirimidin-4-ol 2 ile 4-nitroftalonitril 1'in bir nükleofilik yer değiştirime reaksiyonu ile hazırlandı. Yeni 2-isopropil-6-metilpirimidin-4-iloksi substituentli metalloftalosiyaninler [M: Zn(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II)] 4-7 ftalonitril türevi 3' ün siklo-tetramerizasyonu ile sentezlendi. Periferal konumlarda 2-isopropil-6-metilpirimidin-4-iloksi substituentli grupları taşıyan bu yeni ftalosiyanin bileşikleri tetrahidrofuran, dimetilformamid ve dimetilsulfoksid gibi çözücülerde gayet iyi çözünmektedirler. Yeni sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları elementel analiz, FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR ve UV/vis teknikleri ile karakterize edilmiştir.Bu yeni bileşiklerin agregasyon davranışları, antioksidan ve antibakteriyel özellikleri de incelenmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler:Ftalosiyaninler,Kompleks,Sentez,Karakterizasyon,Agregasyon,Antioksidan.
dc.description.abstractIn this work, a new starting material 3 was prepared by a nucleophilic displacement reaction of 2-isopropyl-6-methylpyrimidin-4-ol 2 with 4-nitrophthalonitrile 1. Novel metallophthalocyanines [M: Zn(II), Co(II), Cu(II),Ni(II)] 4-7 with 2-isopropyl-6-methylpyrimidin-4-yloxy substituents were synthesized by cyclotetramerization of phthalonitrile derivative 3. New phthalocyanines bearing substituted 2-isopropyl-6-methylpyrimidin-4-yloxy on periphery moiety are perfectly soluble in tetrahydrofuran, dimethylformamide and dimethylsulfoxide. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, 1H-NMR,13 C-NMR and UV/vis techniques.The aggregation, antioxidant and antibacterial properties of these new compounds were also investigated Key words: Phthalocyanines; Complex, Synthesis, Characterization, Aggregation, Antioxidant.en_US
