Immanuel Kant`ın politika felsefesi

Abstract

Bu tezin konusunu, en temelde, Immanuel Kant'ın politika felsefesinin sistematik bir biçimde ortaya konması teşkil etmektedir. Kant'ın politika felsefesi, ahlak, politika ve hukuk ilişkisinin günümüzde yeniden düşünülmesi açısından son derece önemli ve kendisiyle hesaplaşılmasını gerektiren bir düşüncedir. Kant'ın politika felsefesi, Türkçe literatürde şimdiye kadar görece arka planda kalmış bir alandır. Almanca ve İngilizce literatürde Kant'ın düşüncesi, liberal ve neo-liberal geleneklerin kendisine doğrudan referans gösterdiği bir teori olmakla birlikte, Türkçe'de bu konu hakkında müstakil bir çalışma olarak yayımlanmış, yalnızca bir adet derleme bulunmaktadır. Dolayısıyla Kant gibi, çağdaş düşüncenin ufku açısından hayati öneme sahip bir ismin politika felsefesinin ortaya konmasının, Türkçe literatür açısından bir katkı olması umut edilmektedir. Bununla birlikte Kant'ın politika felsefesi, hem antik/klasik düşünürlerle kimi ortaklıklara sahip, hem de modern politika tartışmalarının en tipik temsilcisi olmakla, genel olarak politika felsefesinin tarihine dönmeyi de zorunlu kılar. Dolayısıyla bu tezin amacı, Kant'ın politika felsefesini, yalnız başına değil ama politika felsefesi tarihindeki kırılma anlarına ve öne çıkan noktalara değinmek koşuluyla, mümkün olduğunca, diğer düşünürlerle ilişki içerisinde ortaya koymaktır.Anahtar Sözcükler:Kant, Politika Felsefesi, Sokratik Gelenek, Modern Politika Felsefesi, Devlet, Ahlak, Hukuk.

The presentation of Immanuel Kant's political philosophy in a systematic way constitutes, fundamentally, the topic of this thesis. Kant's political philosophy is a thought of uttermost importance, which has to be reckoned with, in terms of rethinking the relation between morals, politics and right at the present time. Kant's political philosophy is a realm, which has relatively remained in the background in Turkish literature until now. Although Kant's thought is a theory, which is directly referred by liberal and neo-liberal traditions in German and English literature, there is only one compilation in Turkish on that topic that has been published as a separate study. Therefore, presenting the political philosophy of a name such as Kant, which is of vital importance with regards to the scope of contemporary thought, is hoped to be a contribution in terms of Turkish literature. In addition to this, Kant's political philosophy obliges us to return to the history of political philosophy in general because it has some commonalities with ancient/classical thinkers and is the most typical representative of modern political discussions. Accordingly, the aim of this thesis is to represent Kant's political philosophy not by itself but so far as possible, in relation with other thinkers by mentioning the breaking moments and outstanding points in the history of political philosophy.Keywords:Kant, Political Philosophy, Socratic Tradition, Modern Political Philosophy, State, Morals, Right.
