Türkiye`de lojistik faaliyetler ve soğuk zincir lojistiği üzerine bir kümelenme modeli önerisi

Abstract

Çalışmanın temel amacı, soğuk zincir lojistiği çerçevesince kümelenme faaliyetleri ve işlevlerini inceleyerek Türkiye'de soğuk zincir lojistiği kapsamında gıda ve yaş meyve-sebze ürünleri için bir kümelenme modeli oluşturulmaya dair öneri de bulunmaktır. Araştırma kapsamında söz konusu olan öneri, Türkiye'nin mevcut süreçte soğuk zincir lojistiğindeki durumunu, soğuk zincire konu olan ürünler özelinde, dünyada bu alanda başarılı olan ülkeler ile karşılaştırmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye'nin soğuk zincir sektörü göz önünde bulundurulması sureti ile ülkenin aslında nasıl bir kümelenme modeline ve bu kümelenme modelinin içerisindeki unsurların, Türkiye'nin kendi şartlarına göre nasıl olması gerektiğinin belirlenmesi ve bir öneri olarak sunulmasıdır. Çalışmanın bu amacının gerçekleştirilmesi adına, Michael Porter'ın geliştirmiş olduğu kümelenme modelinden yola çıkılmış ve bu model üzerinden, Türkiye'nin mevcut şartları ve potansiyeli değerlendirilerek özgün bir model önerisi gerçekleştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Model içinde Türkiye'nin sahip olduğu kurumsal ve üretimsel yapının şartlar ve kısıtları dikkate alınmış, özellikle de çalışmanın `Soğuk Zincir Lojistik Yönetimi` adını taşıyan ikinci bölümünde yer verilen dünyadaki soğuk zincir lojistiği faaliyetleri ile Türkiye'nin faaliyetlerini bir SWOT analizi ile karşılaştıran değerlendirmeden yararlanılmıştır. Bununla birlikte yine dünya genelinde fark yaratan ve özellikle de ülke ekonomilerine ciddi ölçekli katkılar sağlayan soğuk zincir kümelenme faaliyetleri detaylı olarak incelenmiştir.

The main purpose of this study, clustering processes and shapes are examined on the basis of cold chain logistics.
