Uluabat (Apolyont) gölü havuz balıkları (Carassius carassius L. 1758)`nın helmintholojik yönden araştırılması

Abstract

in ULUABAT (APOLYONT) GÖLÜ HAVUZ BALIKLARI (Carassius carassius L. 1758)' NIN HELMİNTHOLOJÎK YÖNDEN ARAŞTIRILMASI ÖZET Araştırma mayıs-2002 ile mayıs-2003 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiş olup, balıklar araştırma bölgesinden aylık periyotlar halinde temin edilmiştir. Araştırma süresince 159 Havuz balığı (Carassius carassius) bireyi helmintholojik yönden incelenmiş, araştırma sonucunda Monogenea' dan 3 (Dactylogyrus anchoratus, Dactylogyrus vastator, Gyrodactylus carassii) ve Nematoda' dan 1 (Contracaecum sp.) türün bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda tespit edilen türlerden, Dactylogyrus vastator ve Gyrodactylus carassii Türkiye' deki Havuz balıklan helminth faunası için yeni kayıttır. IV THE INVESTIGATION OF THE CRUCIAN CARP {Carassius carassius L. 1758) OF ULU ABAT (APOLYONT) LAKE IN TERMS OF HELMINTHOLOGY ABSTRACT The research was performed between May-2002 and May-2003, in which the fish was sampled with monthly periods from the research area. Throughout the study 159 Crucian carp {Carassius carassius) individual was examined in a helminthologic respect. At the end of research, from Monogenea 3 (Dactylogyrus anchoratus, Dactylogyrus vastator, Gyrodactylus carassii) and from Nemathoda 1 (Contracaecum sp) species were detected to exist. From the species detected at the end of the research, Dactylogyrus vastator and Gyrodactylus carassii were the new records for the helminth fauna of the Crucian carp living in Turkey. l Key words: Uluabat Lake, Crucian carp, Monogenea, Nematoda
