dc.description.abstractTarım sektörü, ekonominin temel üretim sektörlerinden birisidir. Ayrıca tarım sektörü ülke nüfusunun sağlıklı beslenmesi açısından stratejik bir sektördür. Bu kapsamda ülkeler tarımın stratejik önemini göz önünde bulundurarak, çeşitli tarım politikaları ile sektörü desteklemektedirler. Tarım politikalarının önemli bir bileşeni de devlet tarafından sağlanan mali teşviklerdir. Bu çalışmada, ARDL yaklaşımına dayalı eşbütünleşme testi ile Toda ve Yamamoto (1995) nedensellik testi kullanılarak 1980-2016 döneminde Türkiye'de tarım sektörüne sağlanan mali teşviklerin tarım sektörü gelişimi üzerindeki etkisi analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda tarım sektöründe sağlanan mali teşviklerin uzun dönemde tarım sektörü gelişimi üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte ekonomik büyümenin tarım sektörünün gelişimini pozitif etkilediği belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Tarım Sektörü, Mali Teşvikler, ARDL Eşbütünleşme Testi
dc.description.abstractAgriculture sector is one of the main production sectors. Furthermore, the sector is a strategic sector from the healthfully nourishment of the country's population. In this context, the countries support the sector with various agricultural policies considering its strategic importance. The fiscal incentives by governments are also one of the important components behind the agricultural policies. This study examines the impact of financial incentives provided to agricultural sector on agricultural sector development in Turkey during 1980-2016 period using the cointegration test based on ARDL approach and Toda and Yamamoto (1995) causality test. We found that that the financial incentives provided in the agricultural sector did not have a significant effect on the agricultural sector development in the long run. However, it was determined that economic growth positively affected the agricultural sector development. Keywords: Agricultural Sector, Financial Incentives, ARDL Cointegration Testen_US
