Köpük aplikasyonu ile selülozik esaslı tekstil materyaline fonksiyonellik kazandırılması

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, köpük aplikasyonu ile selülozik esaslı tekstil malzemelerinefonksiyonellik kazandırılması amaçlanmış ve bu amaç doğrultusunda, güç tutuşurluk,antibakteriyellik ve su-yağ iticilik fonksiyonelliklerini içeren pek çok kombinasyonoluşturulmuştur. Kombinasyonlar oluşturulurken, tekstil malzemesinin tekstilendüstrisindeki kullanım alanı belirlenerek, fonksiyonelliklerin çeşidi ve uygulamayöntemi seçilmiştir. Çalışma süresince, sadece köpük aplikasyonu ya da sadecekonvansiyonel emdirme veya bu iki yöntemi birbirine entegre ederek kombineyöntemler kullanılmış ve multifonksiyonellik başlığı altında ikili veya üçlüfonksiyonellikleri içeren kombinasyonlar üretilmiştir.

In this PhD thesis, improvement of functionality of cellulosic based textile materials viafoam application has been purposed and in accordance with this purpose, lots ofcombinations have been made including flame retardant, water-oil repellent andantibacterial functionalities. During the process of creating combinations, required typeof functionality and application method has been chosen determining the usage area oftextile material in the textile industry. During the study, only foam application or onlyconventional padding process or combination of these both methods have been used anddouble functional or triple functional combinations have been produced under the titleof multifunctional textile materials.
