Hanefi mezhebinin Horasan`a giriş süreci ve yayılışı

Abstract

Mezhepsel sürecin başlamasıyla birlikte dünyanın pek çok bölgesinde olduğu gibi Horasan bölgesinde köklü bir şekilde yerleşen ve varlığını halen güçlü bir şekilde devam ettiren Sünni mezheplerden biri olan Hanefilik, Ebû Hanife'nin ilim halkasında yetiştirdiği talebelerinin ilmi faaliyetleri ve bölge halkının örf ve âdetlerine verdikleri önem ve itibar sayesinde olmuştur. Bu bağlamda Abdullah ibn Mesud ile başlayan ve onun talebeleri ile devam eden süreçte Kûfe Ehl-i Rey ekolu İmam Ebû Hanife ile birlikte akademik fıkıh üretme merkezine dönüşmüş ve ilkelerini belirleyerek sistemli hale gelmiştir. Ebû Hanife ile oluşan bu akademide dünyanın pek çok bölgelerinden talebeler katılmış ve bu akademiden istifade ederek gittikleri yerlerde bu mezhebin ilkelerini yaymaya çalışmışlardır. Bu bölgelerden biri de Horasan bölgesidir. İfade edildiği üzere, Ebû Hanife'nin erken dönem talebeleri arasında yer alan Horasanlı talebeler vasıtasıyla bölgeye yayılan Hanefî mezhebi, yerleşik kültür ve âdetlere verdiği değer ve itibar sayesinde bölge halkı tarafından özümsenerek İslamiyet'i temsil eden bir mezhep haline gelmiştir. İslam'ın evrensel değerlerinin bölge halkının akl-i selimince onay görmüş âdetleri İslâmiyet'in amaç edindiği gâye ile doğru bir şekilde kanalize eden Hanefî mezhebi, bir taraftan müntesiplerinin te'lif ettiği eserlerle İslâm'ın doğru algılanıp yaşanması için kaynaklık ederken diğer taraftan bölge de oluşan devletlerin desteğini kazanmak suretiyle devletin resmi dairelerinde de yerini almış ve bu sayede Belh başta olmak üzere Horasan'ın birçok şehrinde Hanefi sistemine göre tedris olunan medreseler te'sis edilerek mezhebin yayılmasına hem evme hem de derinlik kazandırmıştır. Bu bağlamda yerleşen Hanefi mezhebi günümüzde de varlığını güçlü bir şekilde devam ettirmekte olup, mezhebin temel eserleri gerek Hukuk Fakültelerinde gerek Şeriyât Fakültelerinde ders kitabı olarak okutulmaktadır.

The hanefi sect, one of the Sunni sects that settled deeply in the Horasan region and still continues its existence strongly as in many regions of the world with the beginning of the sectarian process, has grown with the activities of the students who were educated by Abu Hanifa and the importance and prestige of the traditions of the people of the region. In this context, in the process that began with Abdullah ibn Masud and continued with his students, the Kûfe Ehl-i Rey's education system became an academic fiqh production center and became systematic by determining its principles along with Imam Abu Hanifa. In this academy formed by Abu Hanifa, students from many parts of the world participated in this program and they tried to spread the principles of this sect in their places. Horasan region is one of these. The Hanefî sect, as stated that spread through the region by the students from Horasan, has become a denomination representing Islam that assimilated by the people of the region through the value and prestige it has given to cultures and traditions. With the universal values of Islam that have been approved by the people of the region, The Hanafi sect channeled the Islamic right through the purpose and has been a source for Islam to be perceived and experienced well by its works. As well as in the state offices of the state in order to gain the support of the governments of the region. On this count, in many cities of Horasan, especially in Belh the medreses set according to the Hanafi system, has caused both acceleration and depth to spread the sect. The Hanafi sect, which is settled in this context, is still continuing its existence strongly and the main works of the sect are taught both in the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Shari'ah.
