İbn Arrâk`ın hayatı ve Tenzîhu`ş-Şeria adlı eseri

Abstract

Çalışmamız X. asır alimlerinden İbn Arrâk'ın (ö.963/1556) Tenzîhu'ş-Şeri'ati'l-Merfu'a 'Ani'l-Ahbari'ş-Şenî'ati'l-Mevzûâ adlı eserini ve bu bağlamda mevzu hadisle ilgili görüşlerini konu edinmektedir.Tenzîhu'ş-Şeri'a adlı eser, mevzû hadis konusunda yazılmış olan İbnu'l-Cevzî'nin Kitâbu'l-Mevzûât'ı ve Suyûti'nin buna tenkid ve ziyade maksadıyla yazmış olduğu 'el-Leâli'l-Masnûâ'sının bir ihtisarı niteliğinde bir eserdir.Birinci bölümde; İbn Arrâk'ın hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve eserleri işlenmeye çalışılmıştır.İkinci bölümde; eserin mevzû hadisle ilgili olması dolayısıyla, mevzû hadisin tanımı, başlangıcı, sebepleri, tanıma kaideleri ve mevzû hadis edebiyatıyla ilgili genel bilgiler verilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde ise; İbn Arrâk'ın `Tenzîhu'ş-Şeria` adlı eseri bağlamında mevzû hadis ile ilgili görüş ve düşünceleri, eserin üslûbu ve içeriği ile ilgili bilgiler aktarılmıştır.

Our studying mentioned İbn Arrâk (d.963/1556), the scholar in X th century, his work which is named Tenzihu'ş-Şeriati'l-Merfua Anil'l- Ahbari'ş-Şeniati'l-Mevzûâ and his thoughts about the hadith within this context.Tenzihu'ş-Şeria, the book of Ibnu'l-Jawzi written on the hadith, and Kitabu'l-Mevzûât, written by Suyuti with the intent and purpose of this el-Leâli'l-Masnûâ It is a work of art.The first section, it is about Ibn Arrâk's life, his personality, an his works. The second section, it expresses this hadith's definition, reasons, definition bases, and the general information about the literature of this hadith because of relavant information of this hadith. In the third section, it is stated Ibn Arrâk's thoughts in relavant Tenzîhu'ş-Şeria about the hadith and it is style and context are stated.
