dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada 4-aminoantipirin (1) ve 2-pridin karboksialdehit (2) tepkimesinden elde edilen 4-(2-piridilmetilen)amino-1-fenil-2,3-dimetil-5-pirazolone (3) bileşiğinin indirgenmesiyle 1,5-dimetil-2-fenil-4-(piridin-2-il-metilamino)-1H-pirazol-3(2H)-on (4) bileşiği elde edildi. Bu bileşiğin (4) nikel ve kobalt kompleksleri elde edildi. Sentezlenen komplekslerin antioksidan aktiviteleri incelendi ve DPPH• radikal giderme, ABTS+• katyon radikal giderme ve indirgeme gücü yöntemleri kullanıldı. Nikel kompleksinin kobalt kompleksinden daha yüksek aktivite gösterdiği gözlendi. | |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, the treatment of 4-aminoantipyridine (1) and 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde (2) yielded the formation of 4- (2-Pyridylmethylene) amino-1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl-5-pyrazolone (3) which was reduced to 1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-4- (pyridin-2-yl-methylamino) -1H-pyrazol-3 (2H) –one (4). Nickel and cobalt complexes from compound 4 were synthesized. The antioxidant activity of synthesized complexes was investigated using DPPH• free radical scavenging, ABTS•+ radical cation scavenging and reducing power assays. It was observed that nickel complex revealed more activity than that of the cobalt complex. | en_US |
