Parazitoid bracon hebetor (say) (hymenoptera:braconidae)`da verim ile eşey oranı üzerine konak büyüklüğü ve aşırı parazitlenmenin etkisi

Abstract

22 V*l- ÖZET 1- Bu çalışmada Parazitoid Bracon hebetor (Say) 'un verim ve eşey yüzdesi üzerine konak büyüklüğünün ve aşırı parazitlenmenin (Superparazitizm) etkileri incelenmiştir. Tüm gözlemler 26±2 0 ve % 55-60 R.H içeren laboratuvar koşullarında yapılmış tır. 2- B. hebetor yumurtadan ergine kadar olan gelişimini 9-14 günde tamamlamıştır. Bu sürenin 1-2 günü yumurta, 2-3 günü larva ve 6-9 günü pupa evresinde geçer. En fazla ölüm % 58 gibi bir değerle larva evresinde meydana gelir. 3- Laboratuvar şartlarında çiftleşmiş dişi ve erkekler sırasıyla ortalama 13.3 - 0.96 ve 10,25 - 1.26 gün` yaşamıştır. 4- B. hebetor dişileri ergin çıkıştan 1-2 gün sonra yumurta bırakmaya başIâ?;Yavaş yavaş azalır ve ölümünden bir iki gün öncesine kadar y«m^wg4«!-^»#afema^`4gj, devam eder. 5- Konak olarak G.mellonella larvası kullanıldığı zaman bir B. hebetor dişisinden ölünceye kadar 38-113 ortalama 68.55-5,14 yumurta ve 4-31 ortalama 16.5 - 1.69 ergin birey elde edilmiştir. Yumurtadan ergine kadar olan evrede biyolojik gelişimini tamam layanlar % 24 dür. Buradaki erginlerin % 62 si dişidir. 6- Dişi parazitoid sayısı arttıkça dişi başına düşen birey sayısında ve oğul döldeki dişi yüzdesinde azalma olmuş tur «Ayrı ca aşırı parazitlerime parazitoid erginlerinin büyüklüklerinide etkilemiştir. 7- Elde edilen veriler diğer araştırıcıların bulguları ile tartışılmıştır.

23 V.2- SUMMARY 1- la this study, effects of the host size and super para sitism on the total production of progeny and on the percentage of female progeny produced by females were investigated in the parazitoid Brae on hebetor ( Say). All test were donelin labora tory at 26 İ 2*C and 55 - 60 % R.H. 2- B. hebetor completed its biological development wit hin nine or fourteen days, of these one or two days were reguir- ed for the hatching of eggs, 2-3 and 6^9 days were required for the larval and pupal development «respectively. Highest parazitoid death was occured at larval stage withk percentage of 58 %. 3- Under the laboratory conditions, the adult langevities of the mated adult females were 3-23 with a mean of 13.3 - 0.96 days and those of the mated males were 3-24 with a mean of 10.25 - 1.26 days. 4- B. hebetor females beg^n oviposition within one or two days after adult emergence and oviposition was lasted in one ort wo days befor they death. 5- Total production of eggs and of the progeny produced by females varied from 38 to 113 with a mean of 68.55 - 5.14 and from 4 to 31 with a mean, of 1685£ i,69t respectively.la B. hebetor survival from eggto adult was abaut 24 %. 6- In case of superparazitlsm,the total production of progeny produced by females and percentage of females in total produotion were decrease â? superparasitism also reduced the adult parasitoid size. 7- The results obtained in this study were discussed with thoseof other in vestigators.
