Öğrenen organizasyonların okul kültürü üzerindeki etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştırma, İzmir ili Gaziemir ilçesinde muhtelif ortaokul öğretmenlerinin eğitim öğretim hizmetlerini kullanımlarını, okuldan duydukları memnuniyetin gerekçelerini, okul kültürü oluşturma ve geliştirme aşamasında öğrenen örgütün rolünü, yansımalarını incelemek amacıyla planlanmıştır. Araştırmaya 132 öğretmen alınmıştır. Araştırmada öncelikle kurumun öğrenen bir organizasyon niteliği taşıyıp taşımadığı daha sonra kazanılmış bir okul kültürü olup olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Akabinde öğrenen örgüt olarak okulun, kurum kültürünün gelişmesindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Dört ana bölümden oluşan bu çalışma kapsamında, İzmir'in Gaziemir ilçesindeki ortaokulların kurum personelinin üzerinde yapılan araştırmada öğrenen organizasyonların okul kültürü üzerinde olumlu yönde etkisi olduğu varsayımı kabul edilmiştir. Bu varsayımın doğruluğunun araştırılabilmesi için söz konusu kurumun yöneticilerine ve öğretmenlerine anket uygulaması yapılmış elde edilen veriler SPSS 16 programı yardımıyla analiz edilerek varsayımın bu örneklem için doğruluk düzeyi ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda öğrenen örgütlerin okul kültürü üzerinde olumlu yönde etkileri olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler:Öğrenen Organizasyonlar, Okul Kültürü.

This research has been planned in order to examine the use of education service of different secondary school teachers, the reason why they are satisfied with the school, in the phase of institution culture, learning organization's role and its reflections in Izmir, Gaziemir. There are 132 teachers in this research. First of all, it has been established whether this organization has got the quality of learning organization and then whether it has got institution culture or not. As a learning organization it has been examined that the school's effect on the development institution culture.This research has got four parts. It has been accepted that the research on the secondary schools' personnel in Izmir, Gaziemir learning organizations have got a positive effect on the institution culture. In order to search whether this assumption is true or not, a survey has been conducted on the managers and teachers of the organization. The results of the statistic have been analyzed with the help of SPSS 16 program. It has been tried to prove the assumption of accuracy level for this sample.Finally, it has been established that learning organizations have got positive effects on the institution culture.Key Words:Learning organizations, Institution culture.
