Hastane işletmelerinde maliyet hesaplamaları, muhasebesi, karşılaşılan sorunlar ve uygulama

Abstract

Esas faaliyet konusu insan sağlığı olmakla birlikte, hastanelerde kar amacı güden bir işletmedir. Bu amaçla bir ticari işletme ve sağlık kuruluşu olan hastanelerde maliyet muhasebesinin gerekliliği ve bunun hastanelerde uygulanması ile ilgili olarak hazırlanan bu tezimizde maliyet muhasebesi tanımı, sağlıkta maliyet kavramı ile insan ve işletme için hastaneye bakan yönleri incelenmiştir. Bir işletme kabul edilen hastanenin faaliyetlerini sürdürülmesi için yapılması gerekli olan işlemlerin incelendiği, sonuç bölümünde muhasebe, maliyet muhasebesi sırasında ne gibi sorunlar ile karşılaşıldığı üzerinde durulmuştur.

Hospitals are profit oriented institutions eventhough their primary function is human health. In this thesis it has been analyzed the necessity of cost accounting, application of it in the hospitals as they should be considered as a commercial institution.This work contains definition of cost accounting, the concept of cost calculation in healthcare as well as its relevance with human resources and activities of the company. In this respect, the analysis is focusing on what has to be done and as a conclution it talks about the problems of cost accounting in a hospital which is considered a commercial institution.
