Profesyonel futbolcu sözleşmesi

Abstract

Spor hukuku kendine özgü bir hukuk dalı olup, gelişimini her geçen gün devam ettirmektedir. Futbola ilişkin düzenlemeler, FIFA ve UEFA eliyle gerçekleştirilmekte; yerel federasyonlar ise, bu düzenlemeleri iç hukuka uyarlamaktadır. Bu düzenlemelerin yanında, sınırlı olmakla birlikte genel hükümler de uygulama alanı bulmaktadır. Çalışmamızın konusu, TFF tarafından düzenlenen talimatlar dâhilinde profesyonel futbolcular ile kulüpler arasında imzalanan Profesyonel Futbolcu Sözleşmesi ve bu sözleşmeden kaynaklanan yükümlülükler, sözleşmenin feshi ile sonuçları olacaktır. İncelememizde mümkün olduğu kadar somut olaylara ve ilgili kararlara yer verilecektir.

Sports law is a law of its own developement , continues with each passing day. In this context, the FIFA and UEFA perform the regulations for football and the local federations is adapt these regulations to the internal law. In addition to these regulations, the general rules were applied although it is limited.The subject of our study is Professional Footballer' Aggrement was signed by between the professional footballers and clubs, obligations of the parties, the termination of the contract which was organized by the instructions of TFF and the consequences of it. This study will be related to concrete events and decisions as much as possible.
