Bu çalışmada, ağır metallerin (kurşun, çinko, bakır ve kadmiyum) bazı karayosunu türlerinin klorofil içeriği üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Doğal habitatından toplanan karayosunu örnekleri (Bryum schleicheri D.C, Palustriella decipiens (De Not.) Ochyra, Palustriella falcata (Brid.) Çalışma sonucunda ağır metal konsantrasyonlarından en çok etkilenen türün Cinclidotus pachylomoides olduğu tespit edilmiştir. dc.description.abstractIn this study, the effect search of heavy metals (lead, zinc, copper and cadmium) on the chlorophyll content of some mosses. Moss samples (Bryum schleicheri D.C, Palustriella decipiens (De Not.) Ochyra, Palustriella falcata (Brid.) Hedenäs, Plagiomnium undulatum (Hedw.) When the chlorophyll values compared to the control group, while Pb heavy metals were the more destructive effect on chlorophyll-a, Cu heavy metals caused the more variations on chlorophyll-b, chlorophyll a/b, total chlorophyll and carotenoid of Bryum schleicheri. Also, Cu heavy metals caused important decrease and increase on value of chlorophyll-a, chlorophyll-b, chlorophyll a/b, total chlorophyll and carotenoid of Palustriella decipiens, P. falcata and Plagiomnium undulatum. The metals Cd and Pb were the most effective on values of photosynthetic pigment of Cinclidotus pachylomoides. As a result of the study, Cinclidotus pachylomoides was the most affected moss species by heavy methal solutions. Keywords: Heavy metal, Moss, Chlorophyll a, Chlorophyll b, Chlorophyll a/b, Total Chlorophyll, Carotenoid, CdSO4, ZnSO4 and PbSO4) at certain period of times (15' and 30') and values of the chlorophyll analyzed.
