29 numaralı Nevşehir Şeriyye Sicillerine göre Nevşehir ve havalisinde sosyal hayat

Abstract

Osmanlı Devleti'nin en önemli tarihi kaynaklarından birisi olan Şer'iyye Sicilleri, Osmanlı tarihinin aydınlatılması konusunda büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Osmanlı döneminde kaleme alınan vakanüvis ve diğer hususi tarihlerdeki şehir, kasaba ve köylere ait malumatın yokluğu veya azlığı göz önüne alındığında, bu kayıtların sadece bizim kültürümüz için değil, Osmanlı toprakları üzerinde kurulan birçok ülke için büyük değer ifade ettiği görülür. Osmanlı sosyal tarihinin incelenmesi söz konusu olduğunda akla ilk gelen kaynak Şer'iyye Sicilleridir. Sicillerimiz ait olduğu bölgenin insanlarının sosyal hayatını bize ayrıntılı olarak yansıtır. 29 numaralı Ş er'iyye Sicilleri üzerindeki yaptığımız bu araştırmaların Nevşehir'in sosyal, ekonomik ve siyasal hayatına katkıda bulunulacağı düşünülmektedir.İncelediğimiz 29 Numaralı Nevşehir Şer`iyye Sicillerinde 107 hüküm bulunmaktadır. Sicil miladi 1906-1908 yılları arasındaki kayıtları ihtiva etmektedir. Biz bu sicillerde Nevşehir'de evlenme, boşanma, nafaka, miras gibi o döneme ait sosyal hayat ile ilgili bilgilere ulaşmaya çalıştık.Nevşehir'de sosyal hayat ile ilgili genel bir değerlendirme yapabilme imkânına sahip olduğumuz 29 Numaralı Nevşehir Şer`iyye Sicilleri ihtiva ettiği dönemle ilgili Nevşehir tarihine katkı yapmasını temenni etmekteyiz

Shar`iyyah Registeries, one of the most important sources of Ottoman Empire, has a great importance to enlighten the history of Ottoman Empire. Considering the lack of information wich belonged to cities, towns and willages in Ottoman Empire, these records have had a great value not only for our culture but also for the other countries which had been founded in Ottoman lands. When it comes to examining the social history of the Ottoman Empire, the first source is Shar`iyyah Registerise. Registeries reflect the social life of the people of the region in detail. With the help of these resarches about Shar`iyyah Registeries of Nevsehir, numbered 29, it is thought that they will contribute to the social, economic and political life of the Nevsehir.There are 107 records that we excamined in Nevsehir Shar`iyyah, numbered29. Registry contains records between the Gregorian 1906-1908. We tried to get information on social life in of that period in Nevsehir, marriage, divorce, alimony, inheritance, ?etc, at these registers.We wish that Shar`iyyah Registeries of Nevsehir, numbered 29, with which we have possibilities to appereciate the period generally about social life in Nevsehir, should make contribution to the history of Nevsehir about the period that it consists.
