Haplodrassus silvestris (Blackwall,1822)(Gnaphosidae)türünün karyotip analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ülkemizde yaşayan Gnaphosidae familyasına ait Hapladrassus silvestris türünün karyotipi ve idiogramı hazırlanmış, eşey kromozom sistemleri belirlenmiş ve mayoz bölünme özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Kromozom analizleri yayma metodu kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda türün diploid sayısı 2n (♂ ) = 22 olarak bulunmuştur. Kromozomları telosentrik tipte ve eşey kromozom sistemleri ise X1X2♂ şeklinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Otozomal çiftlerin relatif uzunluklarının % 6.50 ile % 3.83 arasında değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte otozomal çiftlerin relatif uzunlukları kademli olarak azalış göstermiştir. X1'in relatif uzunluk değeri % 3.65 ve X2'nin relatif uzunluk değeri % 3.19 olarak kaydedilmiştir. X1 ve X2 karyotipte en küçük kromozomlar olarak gösterilmiştir.

In this study, the karyotype, idiogram, sex chromosome system and meiotic division features of Haplodrassus silvestris (Blackwall, 1833) belonging to the family of Gnaphosidae were investigated. Chromosome analyses were carried out according to the spreading methods. As a result, the diploid number was determined as 2n♂=22. The chromosomes were telocentric and sex chromosome system was X1X20 type. Relative lengths of autosomal pairs ranged between 6.50 % to 3.83 % and decreased gradually. Relative lengths of X1 and X2 were 3.65 % and 3.19 %, respectively. X1 and X2 were the smallest chromosomes in the karyotype.
