dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada İskenderun ve Antalya Körfezleri'nden avlanan kemane vatoz (Rhinobatus rhinobatus, L., 1758)'un kas, karaciğer, solungaç, gonad ve bağırsak içeriğindeki Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn gibi ağır metaller incelenmiştir.Mart 2007-Ekim 2007 tarihleri arasında alınan vatoz örneklerinde ICP-AES (Inductively Coupled Plazma-Atomic Emission Spectrofotometresi) kullanılarak ağır metal analizi yapılmıştır. Analizi yapılan dokularda ağır metal yoğunlukları yaş ağırlık esasına göre sırasıyla İskenderun Körfezi için Cd (0.07-0.50 mg/kg), Co (0.09-0.31 mg/kg), Cr (0.39-0.75 mg/kg),Cu (1.55-7.46 mg/kg), Fe (50.8-221 mg/kg), Mn (0.68-5.20 mg/kg), Ni (0.96-3.75 mg/kg), Pb (0.43-0.72 mg/kg), Zn (9.94-26.5 mg/kg) olarak bulunurken; Antalya Körfezi'nde ise Cd (0.06-0.34 mg/kg), Co (0.10-0.17 mg/kg), Cr (0.22-0.51 mg/kg), Cu (1.14-3.14 mg/kg), Fe (41.9-110 mg/kg), Mn (0.76-3.25 mg/kg), Ni (0.56-1.36 mg/kg), Pb (0.59-1.06 mg/kg), Zn (7.31-29.9 mg/kg) olarak bulunmuştur.Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre genel itibariyle bütün dokular içerisinde en düşük ağır metal yoğunluklarının kas dokusunda, en yüksek yğunluğun ise bağırsak içeriğinde olduğu saptanmıştır.İskenderun ve Antalya körfezlerinde örneklenen kemane vatoz (Rhinobatus. rhinobatus)'da bulunan ağır metal derişimleri EPA limitlerinin altında bulunmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Rhinobatus rhinobatus, İskenderun Körfezi, Antalya Körfezi, Ağır Metal
dc.description.abstractIn this study some heavy metals such as Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn in muscle, liver, gills, gonad, instentine of Rhinobatus rhinobatus, L., 1758, caught from Iskenderun and Antalya Bays have been determined.The samples collected between March 2007 and October 2007 were analyzed using ICP-AES. For Iskenderun Bay the heavy metal concentrations were found Cd (0.07-0.50 mg/kg), Co (0.09-0.31 mg/kg), Cr (0.39-0.75 mg/kg),Cu (1.55-7.46 mg/kg), Fe (50.8-221 mg/kg), Mn (0.68-5.20 mg/kg), Ni (0.96-3.75 mg/kg), Pb (0.43-0.72 mg/kg), Zn (9.94-26.5 mg/kg). For Antalya Bay they were found Cd (0.06-0.34 mg/kg), Co (0.10-0.17 mg/kg), Cr (0.22-0.51 mg/kg), Cu (1.14-3.14 mg/kg), Fe (41.9-110 mg/kg), Mn (0.76-3.25 mg/kg), Ni (0.56-1.36 mg/kg), Pb (0.59-1.06 mg/kg), Zn (7.31-29.9 mg/kg).According to the findings, among all of the tissues the lowest heavy metal concentration was found in the muscle.
