dc.description.abstractTekirdağ ilinde 2016 yılında kabakgillerin üretim döneminde kavun, karpuz, hıyar ve kabak yetiştirilen alanlar tespit edilerek, kabakgilleri infekte eden virüslerin tespiti amacıyla 300 bitkiden yaprak örneği alınmıştır. Örnekler infekteli bitki örnekleri olup;yapraklarda şekil bozukluğu ve gelişme geriliği mozaik, renk değişikliği görülen bitki örnekleri toplanmıştır. Toplam 300 bitki örneği (61 kavun, 88 karpuz, 81 kabak ve 70 hıyar bitkisinden) araştırmanın materyalini oluşturmaktadır. Laboratuvar ortamına getirilen örnekler Double Antibody Sandwich Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (DAS-ELISA) ile Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV), Squash mosaic virus (SqMV), Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), Papaya ringspot virus (PRSV-W) virüslerinin tespiti amacıyla testler yapılmıştır. Yapılan testler sonucunda 300 adet bitkiden %4,6'ünde CMV, %9'unda ZYMV, %4'ünde SqMV, %10,6'sında PRSV, %22'sinde WMV-2 tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca bazı bitkilerde birden fazla virüs tespiti yapılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractA survey was carried out in order to determine cucurbit infecting viruses in melon, watermelon, cucumber and squash growing areas in Tekirdağ Province in 2015. Leaf samples of symptomatic plants having mosaic , discoloraton, shoestring symptoms, dwarfing, and distortion were chosen. Totatly 300 plant leaf samples of 61 melon, 88 watermelon, 81squash and 70 cucumber plants were collected and stored at -20 C until used. Samples were tested by DAS-ELISA against ZYMV, SqMV, CMV, WMV-2 and PRSV-W antisera. Results showed of 300 samples collected and tested 4,6% were infected by Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), 10,6% were infected by Papaya ringspot virus-W (PRSV-W), 9% were infected by Zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV), 4% were infected by Squash mosaic virus (SqMV) and 22 were infected by Watermelon mosaic virus -2 (WMV-2) respectively. Mixed infection were also found common in tested samples.en_US
