dc.description.abstract | Bu arastirmamn amaci Milli Egitim Bakanhgina bağlı egitim orgutlerinde gorev yapan ogretmenlerin atanmasma ve yer degistirmesine yonelik esaslarm belirtildigi yonetmelige gore belirlenen, A ve D sinifi hizmet bolgesinde bulunan ilkogretim okullannda gorev yapan ogretmenlern, okullanndaki orgiit kulturune yonelik algilarmi olgmektiAra§tirmada tarama yontemi kullanilm§tir. Ara§tirma Kocaeli ilinde A sinifi hizmet bolgesi olan izmit ilgesi ve D sinifi hizmet bolgesi olan Kandira i?esi'ndeki ilkogretim okullannda gorev yapan ogretmenlere uygulanmistir. Ara§tirmada kullanian veriler arastirmaci tarafmdan gelistirilen bir anketle toplanmistir. Anket verilerinin istatistiksel analizinde yuzde, armetk oralama, testi ve tek yonlu varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanilmstArastrmadan elde edilen bulgulara gore A ve D sinifi hizmet bolgelerindeki ilkogretim okullannda gorev yapan ogretmenlerin okullanndaki orgut kulturune yonelik algilarmin `katihyorum` diizeyinde oldugu belirlenmistir. dc.description.abstract | Purpose of this research is the National Education Ministry training organizations who work in teachers' appointment and location change for the principles stated in the regulations determined by the A and D grade service areas in the primary schools, he teachers, schools, he organizatonal culture percepton o analyze.Scanning method was used in the study. Research in Kocaeli A class of service area in izmit and D class of service area in Kandira has been applied to teachers who work in primary schools. Study used data collected by a questionnaire developed by researchers. Percent in the statistical analysis of survey data, the arhmetc mean, test and one-way analysis of varance (ANOVA) was used.According to research findings A and D class of primary school teachers who work in service areas of perceptions of organizational culture in schools `agree` level was determined.
