dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada; doymamış yağların otooksidasyon ile hidroksillenmesinden PPG, PPG/PEG ile poliüretan eldesi ve vinil monomerleri (MMA, S) ile kopolimer eldesini içermektedir. Kopolimerlerin eldesi için; otookside soya yağı ve otookside keten tohumu yağı polimerik peroksitler dietanolamin tepkimesinden soğuk suda çözünebilen hidroksillenen soya yağı ve hidroksillenen keten tohumu yağı polimerleri elde edildi. Hidroksillenen soya yağı ve hidroksillenen keten tohumu yağı ile metakriloil klorürün reaksiyonundan metakriloil soya yağı (MSO) ve metakriloil keten tohumu yağı (MLO) komonomerleri sentezlendi. Bu komonomerlerin metil metakrilat (MMA) ve stiren (S) gibi vinil monomerler ile serbest radikal polimerizasyonu sonucunda PMSO-g-PMMA, PMSO-g-PS, PMLO-g-PMMA ve PMLO-g-PS elde edildi. Bu kopolimerlerin yapısındaki soya yağı ve keten tohumu yağı plastikleştirici olarak hareket eder. İlave olarak, otookside soya yağından sentezlenen çeşitli oranlardaki hidroksile soya yağı ve polipropilen glikol (PPG) veya polipropilen glikol-polietilen glikol (PPG/PEG) ile hekzametilen diizosiyanatın (HMDI) reaksiyonundan elde edildi. Yapısal farklılıklarından dolayı sert ve yumuşak blokların bulunduğu poliüretan elastomerler blok kopolimerlerdir. Elde edilen kopolimer ve poliüretanların yapısı FTIR, 1H NMR, elementel Analiz, molekül ağırlığı GPC, termal karakterizasyonu TGA ve DSC teknikleri kullanılarak yapıldı ve çapraz bağlı polimerlerin sudaki % şişme oranları belirlendi.
dc.description.abstractThis study involved the copolymer obtained with vinly monomers (MMA, S) and the polyurethane obtained with PPG, PPG/PEG by hydroxylation with autooxidation of unsaturated fats.For obtaining copolymers; autoxidized soya oil and autoxidized linseed oil polymeric peroxides were reacted with diethanol amine to obtain a cold water soluble hydroxylated soya oil or hydroxylated linseed oil polymers. The methacryloyl soybean oil (MSO) and methacryloyl linseed oil (MLO) comonomers were synthesized using the reaction between methacryloyl chloride with hydroxylated soybean oil and hydroxylated linseed oil respectively. PMSO-g-PMMA and PMSO-g-PS, PMMA-g-PMMA and PMLO-g-PS were synthesized by radical polymerization of MSO and MLO with methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene (S). Soybean oil and linseed conclusion acts as a plasticizer in these copolymers In addition, Polyurethane s(PUR) were prepared by reacting,in various proportions hydroxylated polymeric soybean oil (PSyOH) synthesized from autoxidized soybean oil with polypropylene glycol (PPG) or polypropylene glycol-polyethylene glycol (PPG/PEG) in the presence of hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI). Segmented polyurethane elastomers are block copolymers with alternating soft and hard blocks that, due to structural differences. The polymers obtained were characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR technique, elemental analysis thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), gel permeation chromatography (GPC) techniques and swelling rate % measurements.en_US
