In this research, 25 enzootic intranasal adenocarcinoma tumors tissue which were previously diagnosed were used as material in order to determine VEGF and EpCAM expressions in enzootic intranasal adenocarcinomas. The routine avi¬din-biotin peroxidase complex method was used for the detection of VEGF and EpCAM, in these tissues. The results were analyzed comparatively and evaluated semiquantitatively. Immunohistochemically, increase in VEGF and EpCAM expression in ENA. This result showed that VEGF and EpCAM have a role in pathogenesis of ENA.en_US
