Ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin bireysel değer algılarının incelenmesi

Abstract

Yapılan bu araştırmada ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin bireysel değer algılarının bazı demografikdeğişkenlere göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada eğitim ve spor bilimleri alanındasıklıkla kullanılan `tarama` modelinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmaya Meslek Lisesi, AnadoluLisesi ve Fen Lisesi öğrencisi olan toplam 213 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılanöğrencilerin bireysel değer algılarının tespit edilmesinde `Bireysel Değerler Envanteri`kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizlerinde One Way Anova,Independent Samples T test ve Spearman Korelasyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır.Araştırmanın sonunda ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin bireysel değer algılarının yaş gruplarına,öğrenim gördükleri lise türüne, cinsiyet değişkenine, baba eğitim düzeyine ve aile gelir düzeyideğişkenlerine göre istatistikse açıdan anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05).Buna karşılık öğrencilerin bireysel değer algılarının anne eğitim düzeyi değişkenine göreistatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılık göstermediği bulunmuştur (p>0.05). Değer türleriarasındaki ilişki değerlendirildiği zaman, araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin sahip olduklarıdeğer algıları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir ilişki bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir(p<0.05).Sonuç olarak, ortaöğretim öğrencilerinde bireysel değerler olan disiplin ve sorumluluk, güvenve bağışlama, dürüstlük ve paylaşım, saygı ve doğruluk, paylaşım ve saygı değerlerinindemografik değişkenlere göre bazı farklılıklar gösterdiği, bunun yanında değer algılarınınbirbiri ile etkileşim halinde olduğu söylenebilir.

Present study aims to examine the individual values perceptions of secondary school studentsaccording to some demographic variables. The study utilized the ` survey` model that is oftenused in the field of education and sport sciences. A total of 213 students from vocational,anatolian and science high schools participated in the study. In the determination ofindividual value perceptions of students participating in the study `Individual ValueInventory` was performed. One Way Anova, Independent Samples T test and Spearmancorrelation analysis were utilised for the statistical analysis of the data gathered in the study.At the end of the study, it was determined that individual value perception of the secondaryschool students showed statistically significant differences according to variables of agegroups, high school students they attended, gender, high school types, father education leveland family income level (p<0.05). Otherwise, it was found that individual values perceptionsof the students did not demonstrate statistically significant difference according to mothereducation level (p>0.05). When the relationship between the value types was evaluated, it wasfound that there was a statistically significant relationship between the value perceptions ofthe students who participated in the study (p <0.05).As a result, it is possible to say that the values of discipline and responsibility, reliance andforgiveness, honesty and sharing, respect and fairness, sharing and respect show somedifferences according to demographic variables, in addition, value perceptions interact withone another in secondary school students
