4 ay - 1 yaş aralığında kabızlık tanısı almış bebeklerin annelerinin mizaç, tutum ve ruhsal özelliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma 4 ay -1 yaş aralığında kabızlık tanısı almış bebeklerde, bu hastalık tablosunun oluşumunda annenin tutumunun, mizacının ve ruhsal özelliklerinin etkinlik derecesini araştırmayı hedeflemiştir. Bu amaca yönelik olarak, 4 ay-1 yaş aralığındaki çocuk doktoru tarafından kabızlık tanısı almış 33 bebeğin anneleri ile herhangi bir şikayet ile çocuk doktoruna ya da kliniğe başvurmamış rutin sağlık kontrolleri nedeniyle polikliniğe gelen 33 bebeğin anneleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu değişkenleri değerlendirmeyi sağlayan Edinburgh Doğum Sonrası Depresyon Ölçeği (EDSDÖ), Erişkin Bağlanma Biçemi Ölçeği (EBBÖ), Sürekli Öfke- Öfke Tarz Ölçeği (SÖÖTÖ), Memphis, Pisa, Paris ve San Diego Mizaç Değerlendirme Anketi (TEMPS- A), Aile Hayatı ve Çocuk Yetiştirme Tutum Ölçeği (PARI) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, kabızlık tanısı almış bebeklerin annelerinin doğum sonrası depresyon, kaçınmacı ve ikircikli bağlanma, sürekli öfke, içte tutulan öfke, depresif mizaç, anksiyöz mizaç, irritabl mizaç, aşırı koruyucu annelik ve baskı- disiplin tutum puanlarının kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu bulgular ışığında, annenin ruhsal özelliklerinin bebeğin dürtü ve duygulanımlarını dönüştürmek ve anlamlandırmakta önemli olduğu, annenin kapsayıcı işlevleri yetersiz kaldığında, kabızlığın, bebeğin ruhsal kaygılarının bir ifadesi olarak, psikosomatik bir belirti şeklinde ortaya çıktığı söylenebilir.Anahtar Sözcükler: 1. The purpose of this research is to identify the efficiency of the mother's temperament, attitude and psychological feature in the development of constipation among the infants of 4 to 12 months. In this research, 33 mothers who had infants between 4 months and one year old diagnosed by a pediatrician were compared to other 33 mothers who came without any complaint to the polyclinic with their children for routine medical check-up. The assessment scales which have been used respectively in the frame of this study are: Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), Adult Attachment Style Questionnaire, Trait Anger Expression Inventory, TEMPS-A Turkish version and Parental Attitude Research Instrument. At the end of the research, compared to the other group, the mothers with infants that are suffering from constipation were observed as having significantly a higher postnatal depression, ambivalent and avoidant attachment styles, trait anger expression, depressive temperament, anxious temperament, irritable temperament, overprotective motherhood and oppressive attitude. As a result of these findings, it can be said that the mother's overall temperament, attitude and pyschological feature are important in transforming and conveying the impulses and emotions of the child; and when the maternal function of the mother becomes insufficient or pathological, the constipation appears as a psychosomatic symptom which expresses the infant's mental concerns.Keywords: 1.
